I've been feeling really tired lately, and someone told me it might be my liver. So I bought some milk thistle, and I have to say, it feels good so far. It would be more convenient if they were individually packaged for on-the-go use, but I guess that's asking for too much?

I love that I can get my regular multivitamins along with milk thistle all in one go. The packaging is so vibrant, it actually makes me feel like I'm going to be healthier! The pills are just too big. I really struggle to swallow them. I wish they were a bit smaller. It seems to be a good choice when my liver feels a bit off after work dinners. It's easy on the stomach and I feel like it gives me a bit of a boost. I haven't noticed any dramatic effects yet, but I suppose it might improve with continued use.
