It's just... delicious, haha! I take it regularly because I believe modern people are chronically deficient in vitamin D, but I'm not sure about its effectiveness... There aren't any. As long as it tastes good, that's enough... The high dosage makes it convenient to take! I appreciate the ease of taking a higher concentration. I'm not sure about the absorption rate of this formulation. It's not bad, but I can't say for certain how well it absorbs.

Most of us are probably deficient in vitamin D, so I decided to take this to look after my bone health. I chose the reliable Chong Kun Dang brand, and the price was reasonable. Being chewable made it easy to take. I was especially worried the taste might be strange, but it was actually good - if it wasn't a supplement, I might have kept eating them like candy! Recently, my mom has been getting vitamin D injections, so I've stopped buying these. But I'm considering taking them again since going to the hospital for shots is a hassle. If I do, I'll likely purchase this product again. There's nothing I dislike about it. I wasn't expecting much, but it's surprisingly tasty! I've been taking it consistently since I heard Koreans often lack vitamin D despite sun exposure. While I can't say I've noticed any dramatic effects from regular use, I'm sticking with it as it's supposed to help boost immunity. There's nothing particularly bad about it. However, unless you're deficient in vitamin D, it might be better to take a multivitamin instead. Taking vitamin D regularly is great for boosting your immune system. None. It's best to store them in the refrigerator during summer to prevent melting.

The flavor is great and it's easy to take, so I'm definitely considering repurchasing. Well, I didn't really find any downsides. If I had to be greedy, I'd hope for more promotions or discounts in the future.
