My mom is in the pre-diabetes stage and takes this for management. While it's a dietary supplement and we can't expect miracles, it seems to help much more than not taking anything at all. My mom's blood sugar levels were high, so I bought her Hyeoldang-en and made sure she took it regularly. She says her blood sugar has dropped significantly since taking it, which really builds my trust in the product. I've tried giving her bitter melon supplements and banana leaf extracts, but she prefers this one because it's easier to take. It seems even better because it contains selenium, chromium, and zinc in addition to banana leaf extract. Plus, it has bitter melon as a secondary ingredient, so there's no need for separate bitter melon supplements. She says it's easy to swallow, has no unpleasant smell, and causes absolutely no discomfort. I plan to keep providing it for her in the future. If I had to nitpick, Green Store doesn't offer promotions like 'buy 3 get 1 free' or discounts as often as other supplement brands, which is a bit disappointing.
