I take these daily. They're great value for money and individually packaged, making them easy to carry around. No issues swallowing the pills either. The individual capsules are packaged separately, which is excellent for product preservation! As I focus on a protein-rich diet while exercising, I'm also paying attention to my liver health. It's fantastic that I can find such a cost-effective option. While I need to take it consistently to see results, I haven't noticed any significant changes after about a month of use. There doesn't seem to be any major drawbacks. Just keep in mind that, like other supplements, you won't see immediate effects.

I've heard a lot about milk thistle being good for you, and I thought it was about time I started thinking about my liver health. I feel like my body's gotten lighter somehow. It's incredibly affordable! The value for money is truly excellent. Not only does it contain milk thistle, but it's also enhanced with vitamins and minerals, making it even better. You only need to take one tablet a day, and since the pills aren't too large, they're easy to swallow without any issues. No matter how hard I try, I can't find any drawbacks. Even if I search high and low, there doesn't seem to be anything to complain about.
