I always make sure to take my vitamin D supplements without fail, and I especially trust Solgar products for this Solgar products aren't exactly budget-friendly, so I'd recommend buying them from overseas to save some money

I loved that I could get my vitamin D intake. The improvement in fatigue was noticeably great! There's nothing to complain about! It would be great if you could stock up when it's on sale. I frequently purchase and take supplements from the Solgar line. Many vitamins often come in a powdery form that can taste sour, but this product is in capsule form, making it much easier to take. I bought this product because it's from Solgar. I've been taking it consistently since I heard our bodies don't produce Vitamin D naturally and we need to supplement it. The price is a bit high considering the Vitamin D content. The small size of the capsules makes them easy to swallow, so I make sure to take them every day without fail! While there's nothing particularly disappointing, I suppose the lack of noticeable effects could be considered a drawback...
