  Among the various shampoos I use, Pantene Forte is always my go-to for a cool and refreshing scalp experience that helps reduce scalp heat. It's a staple in my hair care routine. In the past, I used to purchase it through overseas shopping, but now it's widely available here, making it easier to buy. With frequent promotions, it's more cost-effective to purchase locally rather than dealing with international shipping fees. I've been using it consistently. First and foremost, it leaves my scalp feeling clean and cool. You can immediately feel the reduction in scalp heat while shampooing. I primarily use this shampoo during summer, and during seasonal changes, I alternate it with a moisture line a few times a week or whenever my scalp feels a bit uncomfortable.

  Due to its strong cleansing effectiveness, it might feel less nourishing at times. However, using a hair mask or treatment afterwards greatly improves this.

  Shiseido's shampoo lives up to its name. It delivers shine, smoothness, and bounce that sets it apart from other shampoos. The scalp oil removal is noticeably different. When you use it, you can really feel the reduction in oiliness. While it may cause some dryness and itching, these effects are minimal. Your scalp might feel a bit dry due to the oil reduction, but that's normal. It's excellent for oily scalps. Despite being formulated for oily hair, it doesn't make your hair excessively stiff, so you won't have to deal with tangling.

  Cons

  The price is on the higher side, and you need to be careful to purchase from reputable sources to avoid counterfeits. Interestingly, the shampoo in this line seems to outperform the treatment. It appears to be the ultimate shampoo for those with oily scalps.

  Pros

  This is perfect for oily scalps. My scalp used to be extremely oily, sticky, and itchy, but since I started using this, the stickiness has disappeared and the itching has stopped.

  Cons

  It doesn't lather up very well. The price is on the higher side. If you only use the shampoo, your hair can feel a bit stiff.
