Soak a cotton pad generously and gently dab it on your eyes for 8-10 seconds. Then, gently wipe it away to effortlessly remove your mascara and eyeliner without any irritation!

There is a slightly oily finish, so before cleansing, the area around my eyes feels slippery. I dislike this feeling, so I immediately use a foam cleanser after removing it!
