My mom has used several bottles of this. But she thinks the Pure something-or-other is better. This one's just okay. If it gets in your eyes, you're basically done for. Etude House, get out of here. This is like putting saltwater in your eyes. The review suggests that while the product is usable, it may not be the best option available. The reviewer's mother prefers another product in the "Pure" line. The negative feedback strongly warns about eye irritation, comparing the sensation to saltwater and advising against the Etude House brand for this particular item. Please consider changing the packaging design to something more simple and pretty...! When removing eyeliner from the waterline area, avoid rubbing with a cotton pad as it can cause wrinkles. This product really seems to be a trustworthy remover. I've tried many products, but even on days when my makeup was heavily applied, it only took one or two wipes to remove it cleanly, which is so convenient. There's almost no irritation, and it worked well for me even though I'm sensitive around the eyes! There is a slightly oily finish, so before cleansing, the area around my eyes feels slippery. I dislike this feeling, so I immediately use a foam cleanser after removing it! Soak a cotton pad generously and gently dab it on your eyes for 8-10 seconds. It's a product I use consistently! It can remove all point makeup and there's no eye irritation. There are also large sizes available, so it's a good value when on sale. I've been using this lip and eye makeup remover since 2018 when I stumbled upon it for its great value. It suits me so well that I've made it a permanent part of my routine. Even the best of us can make mistakes, and occasionally when removing eye makeup, I might accidentally get some in my eyes. But here's the amazing part - it doesn't sting at all, nor does it blur my vision for even a few seconds. It seems to be that gentle. (I've had to stop repurchasing other brands because they would sting or burn, causing my eyes to tear up) The cleansing effectiveness is probably similar to other eye makeup removers out there. Its oil-based formula ensures thorough cleansing. The best part? It's incredibly cost-effective. It removes makeup well and comes at a budget-friendly price. To be honest, while there are cheaper options available, I buy a set of two 250ml bottles from Cou* for around 15,000 won. Asking for it to be even cheaper would be greedy! There's nothing I find disappointing about this product yet. I hope they continue to make it just the way it is. For travel, when carrying a full-sized remover is inconvenient, I pour some into a small medicine bottle (after shaking the original bottle). Great value for money! I apply two or three layers of mascara over the mascara fixer, and it comes off easily after waiting just a bit. There wasn't really anything to complain about! Reason for trying: Came as a gratis with a mascara purchase. Product packaging: Clear plastic, making it easy to check how much is left. Scent and texture: The scent is neutral, almost unscented. The texture is slippery due to its oil-based formula. Effectiveness: Removes point makeup like eye makeup very well. Being oil-based, it's naturally slippery. It can be painful if it gets into your eyes. Shake well, apply to a cotton pad, gently press against the eye area for a moment, then wipe away. It removes makeup cleanly and completely.
