As someone who gets eyelash perms every month and a half, I can relate to the struggle many of us face. About a month after the perm, our lashes start tangling and going all wonky. It was so frustrating that I almost gave up on perms altogether. Then my stylist suggested using a lash serum and combing them regularly to coat and keep them tame. That's when I discovered this product. Usually, my lashes start loosening and tangling around 3-4 weeks, but now, even after 4 weeks, they're still holding up beautifully with minimal tangling. I use it morning and night, and it seems to provide a nice coating effect. The dual-ended applicator with both a brush and mascara-like wand allows for precise application. Thanks to diligent use, my lashes are staying put and maintaining their shape wonderfully. Drawbacks? Honestly, I can't think of any. The only positive aspect was the thin applicator tip. That's about it, honestly... It's incredibly sticky! The stickiness creates these white, adhesive-like clumps that get stuck to my eyelashes. Because of this, I lost 8 eyelashes on my right eye alone. I even had an eyelash perm done recently... sigh. Both tips were easy to use. I enjoyed the feeling of caring for my eyebrows, as it made me feel like I was taking care of myself. Nothing negative to report. I think it's better to make this a habit than not doing it at all. While longer lashes are important, I'm particularly careful about ingredients for eye products. I was relieved to purchase this as it has great ingredients. One end has a brush pen that applies well to the lash roots like an eyeliner, while the other end has a screw brush for coating the lashes. With consistent use, I've noticed my lash roots becoming stronger and my lashes growing longer. There's no eye irritation, and the safe ingredients allow me to use it with peace of mind. The downside is that if you apply too much, it can cause eye discharge. (Truth be told, I was a bit lazy about writing the review, but that's our little secret) I've been using the product for about a month and a half. Even though my lashes weren't particularly short to begin with, they've grown to twice their original length. The roots have become three times stronger. Before, 3-4 lashes would come out when I pulled, but now not even one comes out no matter how hard I tug. I didn't even apply it that often - just 2-3 times a week. I focused on applying it to the roots. I liked that it wasn't too sticky! If it accidentally gets in your eyes, you might feel like you're going blind... Just be careful not to get it in your eyes and you'll be fine. The eye irritation seems to vary from person to person. (I didn't experience any.) I think you get better results if you apply it all over with the brush first, then use a thin brush to carefully apply it to the roots.

The serum part is designed to coat the lashes easily, like mascara, which I found convenient. After using it, I really saw results - my lashes became longer and fuller. It stings if it gets into your eyes. So you need to apply it gently and in small amounts. I recommend using it before bed. The product comes in two forms: a completely liquid type and a slightly viscous serum type that we're more familiar with. This combination definitely gives a sense of thorough care. The serum type has a round pom-pom at the tip of the brush, making it great for treating the roots. The liquid type has a brush similar to a liquid eyeliner, perfect for nourishing the lash roots as if you're drawing an eyeliner. After using it, I definitely felt like my lashes were falling out less. No irritation to the eyes. When using the serum type, the brush seems larger than the container opening, causing leakage when opening and closing. There were no changes in lash length or volume, so I won't be repurchasing. It's so convenient to apply before bed. I love that it's not sticky at all. So far, I haven't found anything disappointing about using this product.
