  Pros

  This is my first time trying a Dr. Alga product, and I'm impressed! It has excellent cleansing effectiveness and lathers up nicely. The scent is subtle and pleasant too.

  Cons

  Is the cleansing power too strong? Compared to other shampoos, it makes my hair unusually stiff. I don't usually use conditioner daily, but with this shampoo, it's absolutely necessary... without fail!

  I had high hopes for this low pH ampoule shampoo, especially since I've been coloring and chemically treating my hair a lot lately. However, it turned out to be just okay.

  Pros

  It does make my hair a bit stiff... but how should I put it... It feels like it's giving my hair more strength. Maybe that's why the roots seem healthier too. That's what keeps me coming back to this product.

  Cons

  It leaves my hair quite stiff. You definitely need to follow up with a treatment. The scent is disappointingly... detergent-like.

  Tip

  If you apply the conditioner from this line and then follow up with the BT treatment, your hair not only gets a nice shine but also becomes much easier to style.

  The scent is identical to rice water dish soap. It makes my hair feel stiff. I have seborrheic dermatitis, so no matter what shampoo I use, my scalp smells when I wake up. This product is no exception.
