I absolutely adore this product! I bought the Correct-up Beige first and loved it so much that I also got the Tone-up Beige. Despite looking like it might not blend well, it applies seamlessly and the coverage is incredible. I can't imagine my routine without it now. It's perfect for covering yellowness around the mouth, masking pigmentation, and as a brightener. It even works wonders on blemishes! As someone with dry skin, I wish it was a bit creamier. However, for a thick pot-type concealer, it really doesn't cake up, which is great. Apply with a flat brush for best results. - ch*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedSep 15, 2024
This is absolutely amazing! Cool-toned beauties, grab this without hesitation... It's truly fantastic! As someone with a yellowish cool tone, I'm loving it! The yellow shade is perfect for concealing blue-toned dark circles and blemishes, while the ice beige brightens up dull areas. The purple shade is the real star - it's great for brightening before applying blush and works wonders on smile lines and around the lips. The versatility is off the charts! Comparing with other concealers: The Saem Cover Perfection Pot Concealer 03 Correct Beige: This is my holy grail for covering dark circles! It's quite pigmented and covers even the most stubborn dark areas. (Panda-eyed folks, you've got to try this!) Luna Conceal Blender Palette 01 Clear Cover: Offers 5 diverse shades and applies more thinly and smoothly than The Saem. However, it provides less coverage. (Recommended for those with already good skin) Skinfood Salmon Dark Circle Concealer Cream #1 Salmon Blooming: The softest and most emollient of the bunch! It's the only one with a noticeable glow and has a slightly yellow tone. Its softness means less creasing around the eyes, making it great for those with more mature skin. (Also recommended as a base before full coverage) Application: Skinfood > Luna > The Saem/Hwahae Coverage: The Saem/Hwahae > Luna > Skinfood Controlling the amount is crucial... Don't apply it on dry, flaky skin. It applies smoothly and doesn't pill when used on well-moisturized skin. I highly recommend this to those with yellow cool-toned skin. If you're looking to cover dark circles, I suggest trying shades 03 or 01! - by*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedSep 11, 2024
Excellent at neutralizing yellow undertones and concealing dark spots. It's amazing how one product can deliver three benefits. Since it's a balm that needs to be melted for use, I'm a bit concerned about hygiene. I recommend using a brush for application. - yu********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 30, 2024
I love that there are so many shades to choose from. It's perfect for brightening up a dull complexion! I can't think of any specific downsides, but I suspect it might be drying if you apply too much. - ps********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 19, 2024
1) The colors are well-suited for their intended purposes, making this product really useful! 2) It's incredibly cost-effective - affordable price, generous amount, and medium to high coverage. 3) Even on super sensitive skin, it didn't cause any blemishes. 4) The packaging is sturdy and compact, perfect for carrying around. 1) It tends to separate a bit when applied with a brush. 2) The lid doesn't always close properly, which can be frustrating at times. For concealing nose shadows or visible veins: Apply beige, then yellow. For discoloration around the mouth: Use lavender. For covering blemishes: Layer beige, then yellow. To neutralize redness, I've heard that yellow works best for fair skin, while green is more effective for medium skin tones. - jr********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedAug 14, 2024
For skin tones 21-22, oily or combination skin types. Reason for purchase: redness, dark circles, blemishes. 04. Tone-up Beige: Ice Beige - Great when mixed with the Lemon shade. Lemon - Wow! I used to think I could only cover dark circles with peach tones when using 01 Correct Beige. But after hearing that lemon shades work better for Korean skin, I immediately bought it. The result? A total success! If you've struggled to conceal with peach concealers, definitely try a lemon-colored one. (I mix it with the Ice Beige shade - the effect is seriously doubled...) Lavender - I apply just a touch when certain areas of my face look dull. Since my skin isn't particularly fair, the lavender color isn't as versatile as I'd hoped. - jj*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJun 6, 2024
It adheres well with a nice, firm texture, and I love that you can mix and match colors! I think it's better to buy and use a separate brush with this product. - sh*******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresMay 24, 2024
They nailed the color. The texture is quite fluid. It's a more natural skin tone than typical beige concealers, without feeling heavy. The concealer goes on almost transparent... The coverage is way too sheer. When you try to blend it in, it mixes with the makeup underneath, causing pilling and sliding around. - ou**********Oily SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 29, 2024
As someone with a party of pigmentation issues, this product was truly a delight to use. I especially loved how the lavender shade paired so well with the lemon shade, making it incredibly practical. It feels a tad dry? But I think that's perfectly understandable for a concealer! I noticed it tends to settle into the creases around my nose, so I try to avoid applying it there as much as possible. Here's how I use it: Lemon shade for between my eyebrows and dark circles, beige for overall coverage, and lavender for my smile lines! - ek**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedOct 7, 2023
Current skin condition: Changed my cleansing routine (rolling at least 10 times on each area), treating polycystic ovary syndrome which has reduced chin acne. The result? My skin's looking clean and radiant these days! Teehee! Skin concerns: As those pesky red spots and pigmentation are gradually fading away, I've realized - oh my goodness - my skin can't possibly be this dull and sallow. (I'm determined to fix this!) Why I bought it: Lately, my biggest concern has been dullness, so I brought home this little friend that can tackle different areas of my face. What I love: We all know the struggle with dullness around the mouth, under the nose, and those pesky smile lines, right? The color payoff is surprisingly good. I use the purple shade to brighten around my mouth, smile lines, and sunken cheek areas before applying my base products. The yellow shade goes on my dark circles and nose bridge, while the peachy concealer takes care of the area under my nose. The colors are perfect for brightening up my shade 21 skin without looking too dark. I'm really satisfied with how it performs. Plus, it feels a bit like playtime with makeup! This product seems to be slightly on the drier side. Given that we're in a seasonal transition, I'm making sure to apply my skincare products more generously in the areas where I use this. For reference: I have shade 21 skin with yellow undertones and dullness. Try applying the yellow shade (04) on your nose bridge. It gives such a natural brightening effect! On days when I feel like using a highlighter might be too much, I apply this to my nose bridge after my foundation or cushion. It works wonders!
