This ampoule was helpful for my trouble-related hyperpigmentation! ☑️ It's a product that allows you to apply vitamin and retinol together ☑️ It doesn't feel sticky, which I liked ☑️ It's non-irritating, so I can use it in the morning too The lack of stickiness was great, and there was no yellowing of the skin, so I could use it day and night without any issues! It also had the right balance of oil and moisture, so I didn't experience any dryness. After using it consistently for about a month, the hyperpigmentation caused by my troubles visibly faded, though not completely. If you're looking for a non-irritating vitamin + retinol ampoule you can use daily, I'd recommend this one! 🫥
Cons
The formula contains a small amount of retinol, and it has niacinamide and panthenol in it.

I quickly grabbed this from my sister's YouTube channel. I don't like products with a lot of oil or stickiness, so I looked around and read some reviews before buying this. This is perfect for someone who doesn't like heavy, stuffy products. The toner (step 3-4) absorbs quickly without feeling tacky or irritating. It has almost no scent. I only need to pump it 4 times or so, and it absorbs well. It also seems to be fine without refrigeration. It can be used before makeup without any issues.
Cons
I'm not sure if it's because I used a lot of toner or because I applied the essence afterwards, but I'm not seeing much improvement in my freckles, dark spots, or wrinkles. I don't feel like my skin is getting brighter. Does it not contain enough nourishing ingredients? And it's not exactly a budget-friendly product either... After almost a month of use, my skin still doesn't look radiant.
Tip
None. It seems to be a gentle whitening product. I'm using it as a base before applying my regular whitening products from the Dionnier line.

Skin type: Dry / Sensitive / With some pigmentation from UV exposure This ampoule can be used comfortably even on sensitive skin. If you feel any irritation or discomfort, use it every other day. It contains vitamin derivative ingredients, which have a synergistic effect on brightening. Compared to retinol ampoules, this one has relatively less irritation. This ampoule would be a good starting point for those who were hesitant to try retinol due to its side effects.
Cons
The retinol content is on the lower side, so you may not see dramatic effects immediately. I'll gradually increase the retinol concentration and continue using this ampoule.
Tip
For first-time users, there may be some irritation, so start with a small amount and gradually increase the usage. Retinol is best used in the evening. If you use it during the day, you must apply sunscreen without fail. Even if you're indoors all day, you should still apply it. I didn't apply it when I was just at home, and then red spots appeared on my face.

This is a great introductory vitamin retinol product for me!! I strongly recommend it to those with sensitive skin and scarring like me. 😭 Since I often have inflammatory acne, my face is always blotchy and scarred, so I tried this product. Retinol and vitamin C are both slightly irritating products, so I first tried this low-intensity one! ☺️ Previously, when I used products with a little retinol, my face would get red and sting, but this product is so gentle and good!! After using it for about 2 weeks, I could definitely see improvements in my scars, and my entire face became smoother and more even-toned ㅠㅠ I think I'll keep using this from now on.
Cons
This product seems to be more focused on vitamin C than retinol! So those who were hoping for the effects of retinol may be a bit disappointed. Also, I bought it because the retinol is low-intensity, but I wouldn't recommend it to those who want a high-intensity product.
Tip
It's probably best to use this at night, but I've read that vitamin C should be used within 3 months of opening, so I've been diligently applying it during the day when I'm indoors as well!

I finally wanted to add a retinol product to my skincare routine, but I had no idea what to choose. So I was really surprised after watching the video from Hwahae Trial Reviewer about retinol. Especially the part about how using a product with a high concentration of retinol in the beginning can cause your skin to peel. So based on the Hwahae Trial Reviewer's recommendation, I chose a retinol product with a lower concentration to start with. It's been 2 weeks since I started using it, and I'm just now starting to see the effects. My skin is very thin, so my dark circles are extremely prominent 😢 But after using the retinol, my dark circles have brightened significantly! And I can feel my skin becoming more firm as I continue using the retinol for wrinkle prevention. Of course, with the low concentration, it's not a miracle cure for wrinkles, but the cumulative effects are there, so if I keep using it consistently, the results will definitely show. And a tip: ☝🏻 If you use too much retinol, your skin can peel, so it's recommended to start with a small amount and gradually increase the amount you use. I haven't experienced any breakouts or allergies since using this product. As long as you're aware of retinol and use it as directed, it won't irritate your skin or cause peeling.
Cons
The only downside is that the texture could have been a bit thicker. Because it absorbs too quickly, there's a slight drying sensation left behind. But since this product is for wrinkle prevention and brightening, it's still good to use as is. However, finishing with a moisturizer would be even better.
Tip
Just a heads up - all products containing retinol need to be stored in the refrigerator! And when you take them out to apply, your skin will feel really cool and refreshing, with a long-lasting cooling effect. It helps calm the heat and is amazing for the hot summer! 👍🏻

1. It seems to be helpful in improving traces. Although it's only been about 3 weeks since I started using it, the acne scars and dark spots that I was concerned about have faded a lot! I'm using it with satisfaction, and I believe that if I continue to use it consistently, the pigmented areas will eventually disappear almost completely... 2. It feels like my complexion has brightened a bit! When I apply it in the evening and wake up, I feel like my skin looks more radiant!! This must be because of the vitamin C derivative ingredient, right?? I had tried the well-known 00 Sprinz product with retinol before, but it didn't seem to have much effect on my skin. But after a friend recommended this product, I'm very satisfied with it! My skin used to not be prone to acne, but over the past few months, it has been breaking out and I've been concerned about the scars. But I heard that if there's an issue with the stomach or large intestine, the face can easily break out. So I've been taking some stomach supplements as well, and by using this product to care for the scars and also applying the famous 0 Tion cream to keep my skin moisturized, the effects seem to be showing up quickly. For those of you whose skin has suddenly started breaking out like mine, I'd recommend using this product to care for the scars before they become deeper.
Cons
Since this is the first time I'm using a product with vitamin derivative ingredients, there's a slight stinging or tingling sensation in the beginning. But by adjusting the amount I apply and using a soothing cream as well, my skin doesn't feel burdened, and I've gotten used to it!
Tip
This may only apply to me, but... I feel the effects are good when I use it together with the 0 Tion cream!

I purchased a low-intensity product to get started with retinol. The retinol ingredient is combined with a vitamin C derivative, so I can start using both vitamin C and retinol at the same time, which is great! Even though it's a low-intensity retinol product, the distribution of the active ingredient is just right, not too much. When used daily with a retinol booster, my skin became quite sensitive. As I have sensitive dry skin, I only use the retinol product 5 times a week! So it's less burdensome and works well for me. They say you need to use retinol products for at least 3 months to see the effects. I haven't really noticed major effects yet, but I recommended this product to a friend, and her skin has improved so much (in terms of acne improvement and pore reduction). I'm currently taking a break from this product as I'm undergoing laser skin treatment.
Cons
The issue is not with the product, but with the precautions for using retinol. If you're getting laser skin treatments, don't use retinol for at least a week before and until your skin has fully recovered! Using retinol and then getting laser can cause pigmentation issues.
Tip
Don't apply this at the same time as other vitamin C products. Morning: Vitamin C Evening: Retinol recommended You know that using retinol means you need to apply sunscreen after your morning skincare routine, right? Your skin becomes more vulnerable to UV exposure.

It has anti-wrinkle and sebum control functions, yet it does not cause blemishes. It also has good moisturizing properties. It is quickly absorbed and does not feel heavy on the skin.
Cons
It does not have [any]. If the retinol content is high, it will be that much more irritating. Everything is relative.

I had a bad experience in the past where my skin peeled off after using Starbucks A Cream, so I gave up on retinol. But I chose this ampoule to try a weaker version again, and it's been great to apply without any burden. For the first few weeks of use, there were no issues with irritation or peeling. And even though it's a retinol ampoule, it also has moisturizing ingredients, so my skin feels hydrated and bouncy after applying it! The formula itself is quite thin. Since the concentration is very low, it doesn't have a dramatic effect on pores or wrinkles, but I do feel like my skin has become a bit brighter and in better condition than before.☺️
Cons
They say humans are the animals of forgetfulness... I wish there was a higher concentration version available as well. The concentration being too low is a bit disappointing.☺️
Tip
This ampoule is great for retinol beginners or those who don't tolerate high-concentration retinol well, as it's a gentle way to start.☺️ Even with daily use, there was no peeling or irritation.

I purchased the low-intensity retinol product based on the recommendation of the Hwahae Trial Reviewer. The whitening effect seems good. As it's a low-intensity product, it's not too irritating either. Except for the sensitive areas (around my mouth for me), I can apply it daily without any burden. It also has the effect of improving skin texture. The fact that it can be purchased very cheaply when Olive Young has a sale is the most satisfying part :)
Cons
To be honest, I bought it hoping to reduce my pores, but it doesn't have a significant effect on my pores. It seems to mainly have whitening and skin texture improvement effects. Next time, I'll try the low-intensity product from Innisfree again, as I had an issue with one I purchased before ^^;
Tip
1. I've had experiences where I applied retinol incorrectly and it backfired, so I slathered on a lot of soothing ampoules and this ampoule, and my oil production went through the roof ^^;; As with anything, the right amount is important. If you apply just the right amount and follow up with a good moisturizer (I use Celvoke), you can use the ampoule without any irritation, without needing to apply an extra one. 2. Since it's an Olive Young product, when Olive Young has a big sale, like Black Friday, you can purchase it at a very low price. I bought it for 10,200 won (online Olive Young Black Friday sale). 3. It's a good idea to learn about retinol well before starting to use it. It's not exactly cheap, and it can be quite tedious to apply. But the effects are quite good. I'm currently alternating between low-intensity, high-intensity, and fermented ampoules :)
