It gives a clear and clean complexion while providing adequate hydration, so it doesn't feel too dry on the skin.
ConsThe longevity is a bit disappointing. Also, I'm not sure if it's just my skin, but after some time, it seems to become a bit patchy.

ConsIt brightens the skin tone too much, but the lasting power is poor and the scent is unpleasant. It's worse than the previous version

Without feeling heavy, this level of coverage could be enough for those with already clear complexions to look beautiful with just this product alone.
ConsSince it's a sunscreen, it's hard to expect the tone-evening effect to last long. There's a slight tangy scent. It's barely noticeable unless you're particularly sensitive to smells or consciously trying to detect it, but if you deliberately sniff it up close...

Noticeable brightening effect It lightens my complexion by about one shade, giving a subtle skin-perfecting feel. There's a distinct pink hue that makes my skin look radiant. 2. Smooth application It glides on effortlessly. 3. Light and comfortable It's neither sticky nor matte, but feels lightweight. It doesn't seem to irritate my skin and feels like I'm wearing nothing at all.
Cons1. Poor longevity It barely lasts, making the area around my nose look unattractive when wearing a mask. After eating, the area around my mouth reveals my original skin tone, creating an unflattering contrast. 2. White cast After some time, a patchy white cast appears, especially noticeable in oily areas like the sides of the nose. 3. Flaking It flakes on dry areas, appearing white. It's absolutely unusable as a makeup base. Applying foundation or cushion over it leaves visible white patches and flaking - not a pretty sight. It can only be used alone, but its poor longevity and white cast make me reluctant to reach for it. 4. Pink undertone While some might love the obvious pink tone it imparts, I find it doesn't blend well with my natural skin tone. It looks somewhat artificial, and I wish the pink was toned down for a more natural look. 5. Settles into wrinkles I can't apply it on my neck at all. I was mortified to find it had settled into my neck wrinkles, leaving white lines hours after application.

Color: Subtly brightens the complexion by about half a shade. I'm truly sorry, but this is the only positive point I can mention.
Cons1. Poor longevity - lasts 3 hours at most. 2. Scent: It's genuinely awful. Smells like cement or clay. I'm not exaggerating, I'm being completely honest. 3. Texture doesn't blend well into the skin. If applied incorrectly, it can leave a stark white cast. Overall, the cons outweigh the pros. I'm puzzled as to why they released this product and why The Hwahae Testers even bothered reviewing it. I wish the brand would take note of this feedback. They should either create a strong sunscreen or a definitive brightening moisturizer. This product is weak as both a tone-up cream and a sunscreen - I really don't understand the purpose behind its release.
TipIt's somewhat okay if you apply and blend a small amount. But honestly, don't buy it. It's just a waste of money.

My current skin condition: I have dry skin that requires both toner and emulsion even in summer. I also have sensitive skin prone to redness and swelling from the slightest irritation. My skin is easily affected by sunlight and burns quickly. Due to past blemishes, my skin tone is uneven. Overall, I have a cool-toned complexion. About the product: Aligning with the company's eco-friendly image, the packaging uses a folded box design. Instead of bubble wrap, paper is used as cushioning material. What I loved most when using it: In the hot summer, when applying multiple products feels heavy and stuffy, or when I'm in a rush, it's convenient to have tone-up and sun protection in one step. The light pink color gives a radiant and subtle glow when applied, naturally evening out the skin tone. I'm also pleased that it didn't cause any blemishes on my skin. The packaging is in a squeeze tube format. The volume is 50ml. The texture is a light pink, between an emulsion and a cream. I found it spread easily and was simple to apply.
ConsWhat could be improved: It's a bit disappointing that it transfers slightly onto masks. Also, the tone-up effect doesn't seem to last very long. It felt like it was fading unevenly in certain areas. Of course, this could be due to the extremely hot and humid weather during the testing period, which caused a lot of sweating. I should probably test it again and update my review when it's a bit cooler.
TipSince it provides a light pink tone-up effect, it might look more radiant if used according to your personal color analysis. To maintain the tone-up effect, I recommend using a makeup fixer or applying makeup on top.

The lightweight cream formula glides on smoothly. It feels slightly tacky at first, but once fully absorbed, there's no residue left behind. While it's less matte than other brightening moisturizers, it's not too sticky for summer use, which is great. 2. I love that the brightening effect isn't overpowering. Unlike some other brightening moisturizers that can leave your face looking ghostly white if you're not careful with the amount, this product doesn't have that issue.
Cons1. The brightening effect isn't particularly flattering. Instead of giving a radiant glow, it leaves a slightly grayish cast on the skin. It might work as a base under foundation, but for brightening on its own, it's not ideal. When I used this product alone after my skincare routine, my complexion looked dull. 2. The staying power is poor. After about 4 hours, the brightening effect is barely visible, leaving you with your natural skin tone plus a hint of that grayish tint. 3. It doesn't cleanse off completely with just a foam cleanser, so you'll likely need a second cleansing step. Usually, sunscreens come off easily with just a foam cleanser, but since this doesn't, I'm less inclined to use it regularly.
TipSince it's a brightening moisturizer, you need to be careful when applying it. If not spread evenly, it can clump up and look strange due to its brightening pigments and matte finish. Make sure to apply a thin, even layer for the best results.

The most important factor I look for in a pre-makeup brightening moisturizer is how it wears throughout the day. Some brightening moisturizers can break down unattractively over time, so I paid close attention to this aspect while using the product. Application: It applies smoothly and leaves a silky finish. It doesn't flake or clump. Tone correction: It gives a trendy semi-brightening effect. Although it has a pink base, it doesn't look unnatural when applied. Scent: It's fragrance-free. As a base: It works well under makeup. My cushion foundation adhered nicely to it. Darkening: Unlike some brightening products that can darken over time, this one didn't have that issue.
ConsThe biggest disappointment was its longevity. One thing I really dislike about brightening moisturizers is when they start to gather in pores around the nose area as time passes. That's why I've always avoided heavy brightening moisturizers. Unfortunately, this one also started to clump up after a while. As more time passed, it began to wear off unevenly, which was quite unsightly. While this could be due to my makeup application method, I was personally quite disappointed.
TipI now use it on my arms and neck instead of my face.
