I was looking for enzymes to help with indigestion and came across Barungokmoal Enzyme. The reviews were great, so I decided to give it a try! It has a delicious, nutty flavor that makes me wonder if it's actually effective. But I've been taking it occasionally, especially on days when I've overeaten. If you don't drink water with it, it feels really dry and hard to swallow. Tried it on a friend's recommendation. Definitely helps with digestion after overeating. The value for money is no joke. The powder is finely ground and tastes like misutgaru (roasted grain powder). It's delicious. As you all know, be careful not to inhale the powder accidentally, it can be quite uncomfortable. Feeling nauseous? I bought this for my parents since they're big fans of carbs. They used to complain about frequent bathroom trips and discomfort, but after seeing good reviews and a nice discount, I decided to give it a try. They say it's been much easier on their stomachs! The powder is super fine, making it a bit tricky to eat without water, but they love the taste - like sweetened soybean powder. While bathroom visits aren't perfect yet, they're definitely more frequent than before. I'm curious to try it myself soon! The powder is extremely fine, so there's a bit of excess when you use it. As someone with a sensitive stomach, I often struggled with indigestion and bloating. I started taking these enzymes after hearing they're good for digestion. I must say, while taking them, I definitely noticed less bloating and discomfort. I usually took one a day, and even though the enzymes contain probiotics, I found taking additional probiotics alongside them really boosted the effects. My bathroom visits became more regular, and I felt even better overall. Made from domestic grains with added plant-based fiber, these enzymes have a delicious, nutty flavor reminiscent of scorched rice. There's a bit of powder that escapes when you're taking it, which can be a little messy.

Just be careful not to cough while taking it (something I wish I didn't have to learn the hard way...). The taste is slightly nutty, reminiscent of scorched rice, so it's not unpleasant to eat. I love that it comes in individual packets, making it convenient to carry around and take whenever I feel like it. My mother particularly enjoys it, saying it helps with her digestion. I often take this after meals and I'm still satisfied with it. It seems to help with digestion. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but it does feel a bit pricey. Other than that, everything else is great.
