Since it only produces a lot of foam, I have doubts whether it properly cleanses the skin.
And sensitive-skinned people would know. When I finished using this product, I felt like that right when I finished up with a hand towel, as a precursor to trouble breaking out.

Other cleansing products require the inconvenience of manually creating lather, but this product produces foam immediately, saving time and being more convenient.

If you experience dryness or a feeling of tightness, have sensitive skin, frequently experience peeling, or often develop milia, I recommend using a mild, low-pH cleanser.

For those who are extremely sensitive to fragrances, it may be disliked! It's the scent of a cleanser used and sold at a dermatology clinic. Even though I'm sensitive to fragrances, I don't find it bothersome.

For extremely sensitive and combination skin, this bubble cleanser doesn't require separate lathering, and sometimes lathers less, which can cause redness - but as a bubble cleanser, this issue doesn't occur!

The cleansing power is mild, as it is slightly acidic, so I only use it after going out or wearing makeup, or as a morning cleanser.

For those with very sensitive skin like me, or who often feel dryness, using only mildly alkaline cleansers is 100% guaranteed to completely disrupt the skin barrier, causing clogged pores and potential irritation. 
Be sure to use a mildly acidic cleanser for brief outings or on days with low particulate matter, to gently care for your skin.

I've been using it for a few years now. It's suitable for sensitive, problematic skin, has no fragrance, and is non-irritating.

Use for cleansing in the morning or bare-faced cleansing in the evening on inflamed/sensitive skin. Among them, Zero-id Foam has better cleansing power, while Ertra Foam has more moisture.

The Estrada Attobarrier Foam seemed to cleanse blackheads and excess oil better, and perhaps for that reason, it felt slightly more drying.

Sensitive skin is also fine, and among them, the cleansing power is good.

Considering the product itself is quite gentle, it seems the cleansing power is a bit weak.

I first started using this product because a dermatology professor prescribed it to me. Since my skin is quite sensitive, I'm glad I could use it gently without any irritation.

The product does not necessarily focus on cleansing power in proportion to its advantages. However, I intentionally wore light makeup and was able to use it without much inconvenience.

Although it's not too severe, I have an atopic constitution, so it's a bit difficult to find products. I tried using a zero-oid cleansing foam, and after washing, the irritation and slight redness from dryness after water contact have improved quite a bit. I've been using a gentle foaming cleanser that I discovered is great for morning use, as cleansing with a regular foaming cleanser from the start of the day seems too harsh.
I've been using it for 6 years now. It's great because just two pumps are enough, and it cleanses gently without any irritation in the morning.

If you use it expecting strong cleansing power, you may be disappointed.
It is recommended for sensitive or dry skin.
