The product seems gentle, and I like that the foam is on the lighter side. Sometimes the pump feels stiff when locking it, and depending on how much you dispense, the foam might feel insufficient, leading to additional pumps. When applied to bare skin and mixed with water, it rolls on smoothly. - du*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 6, 2025
I love how gentle this cleanser is on my skin. When my skin was acting up, everything else stung and itched, but this caused the least irritation. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated even after washing. I'm using it regularly for my morning cleanse now. Since it's mildly acidic, it doesn't give that squeaky-clean feeling when removing makeup. For evening cleansing, I find double cleansing with this product gives a more thorough clean. - su*******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 3, 2025
This product is great for pregnant women too! The foam dispenser makes it super convenient for cleansing right away. I wish they could lower the price a bit. It would be nice if they offered a travel-sized kit as well. - mi*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessRednessMay 31, 2025
It's a dermatologist-recommended product, and it's quite decent. It's genuinely gentle on the skin. The cleansing effectiveness seems really lacking. I probably wouldn't buy it again. This review suggests the product is mild and suitable for sensitive skin, as recommended by a dermatologist. However, the user finds its cleansing power insufficient, which affects their likelihood of repurchasing. - jh*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 29, 2025
It's convenient to use since it comes out as foam right away. It seems like it would be great as a morning cleanser, and I get the feeling it might be good for sensitive skin. I read online that urea is good for fungal folliculitis, so I tried using it, but why does it make me itchy? My skin has been acting up recently, so I didn't think it was because of this product, but the itching got worse the more I used it, so I had to stop. Small bumps started to appear too, so I guess there must be an ingredient that just doesn't agree with my skin. For those with super sensitive skin, even products that others find gentle and effective might not work for you. So when purchasing, think carefully and proceed with caution when trying new products. - db*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 23, 2025
As someone with sensitive skin, I love that this is mildly acidic and gentle! The cleansing effectiveness is pretty good too. It would be great if they came out with a smaller travel-sized version. - ai*****Combination SkinMay 23, 2025
A few years ago when I had rosacea, this product was great for cleansing. But recently, after developing severe contact dermatitis from using the wrong skincare, I repurchased this and now it makes my face tingle and break out. Since Dove soap is fine for me, I guess my skin can't handle the mild acidity right now. A few years ago when I had rosacea, this product was great for cleansing. The translation maintains the overall meaning and sentiment of the original text while adapting it to sound more natural in English. Key points like the skin conditions (rosacea and contact dermatitis), the product's effectiveness in the past, and the current irritation are preserved. The expression of disappointment is conveyed through the description of symptoms rather than using emoticons. - ca*******Oily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMay 22, 2025
Zeroid Foaming Cleanser Review The Good Points The Zeroid Foaming Cleanser boasts several advantages, making it particularly recommendable for those with sensitive skin. - Gentle Ingredient Composition: This cleanser is formulated with ingredients that generally minimize skin irritation, reducing stinging or redness during cleansing. It's a major plus that it's designed for even sensitive and dry skin types to use with confidence. - Soft and Rich Lather: A key feature of foaming types. The soft, dense foam that comes out with each pump effectively removes impurities while reducing physical friction on the skin. It's convenient as there's no need to manually create lather, and it feels incredibly gentle on the skin. - Maintains Hydration After Cleansing: Unlike cleansers that leave skin feeling extremely dry or tight, the Zeroid Foaming Cleanser maintains a degree of moisture after washing. This helps protect the skin barrier and provides a satisfying experience for those who struggle with deep dryness. - Maintains Skin Balance: It often has a pH balance that helps maintain the skin's slightly acidic state. Healthy skin is naturally slightly acidic, and using alkaline cleansers can damage the skin's protective barrier. An acidic cleanser can prevent this issue and contribute to nurturing the skin's natural strength. Areas for Improvement - Don't Expect Powerful Cleansing: Given its gentle ingredients, it may have limitations in completely removing makeup residue, sebum, or sweat. On days with heavy makeup, you might need a double cleanse or to use a makeup remover first. - User Experience May Vary by Skin Type: While we mentioned hydration as a plus earlier, those with oily skin might find it lacking in freshness after cleansing. Conversely, some with dry skin might still experience dryness due to certain ingredients. - Price Point (Relatively): It might feel somewhat expensive compared to typical drugstore cleansers. Some may find it less accessible as it's often sold in hospitals or pharmacies. My Personal Tips - How to Use for Makeup Removal: When I've worn heavy makeup, I first use a cleansing oil or water to remove it, then use this cleanser as a second step. This minimizes skin irritation while ensuring a thorough cleanse. It's especially good for gently cleansing sensitive areas like around the eyes and mouth. - Use as a Morning Cleanser: In the morning, when you only need to remove light impurities produced overnight, using this cleanser alone works well. It cleanses the skin without unnecessary irritation, helping with the absorption of subsequent skincare products. - Use as a Shaving Foam (Recommended for Men): If you're a man, try using this cleanser's soft foam instead of shaving cream when shaving. It can help reduce skin irritation and prevent post-shave blemishes. - Control Water Temperature: Using lukewarm water instead of very hot or cold water when cleansing can reduce skin irritation and enhance the cleanser's effectiveness. - gl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 22, 2025
My child has been using this for years. It's so convenient with its foam dispenser, and above all, I highly recommend it for atopic skin. I wish it came in a larger size. Twice the current volume would be ideal. - my*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMay 19, 2025
I've been using it for about a month, and on days when I don't do morning cleansing or wear sunscreen or makeup, I use this for my evening cleansing as well. It's gentle and mild, and the pump-type foaming formula makes it very convenient. I highly recommend it for sensitive, dry skin. Since it's a zero-irritation product, the ingredients are definitely reassuring. I used to use Estracell products, but with those, you have to hold the bottle and pump it, whereas with Zeroide, you can just leave it on the shelf and pump it, which is so much more convenient. In the future, I think I will continue to use Zeroide, and it would be great if you could also sell affordable refill products. I use it on days when I don't apply morning cleansing, makeup, or sunscreen.
