This gel cleanser is perfect for a light and refreshing cleanse. I mainly use it for my morning routine, and it's been great. It doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry, and I don't experience any flaking or dead skin cells. The cleansing effectiveness seems pretty good too. Plus, I love that it doesn't cause any blemishes! Hmm... I'm not entirely sure how effective its cleansing power really is. While it might remove sunscreen, I doubt it would be strong enough to take off makeup completely. For those with super sensitive skin or combination dehydrated skin, this cleanser might be worth trying. It seems to maintain a good oil and moisture balance without causing irritation. However, if you're looking for a deep cleanse to remove heavy makeup, you might want to consider layering with another product or using a different cleanser for evening use. - 20*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMay 4, 2025
- Skin type: 1. Combination skin with increased sebum production in the summer 2. Sensitive skin prone to breakouts and skin irritation, requiring antihistamines - Texture: Aloe gel-like, with a bouncy, jelly-like feel when touched Cleansing power medium-high: (considering the texture, it's high) Produces more foam than expected, removes over 80% of gel tint - Severe skin irritation: Immediate dryness and stinging after cleansing - Damaged skin barrier: A sense of pain even when at rest Hoping it might help, I tried repeatedly using and not using barrier repair products Seeing the rapid changes in my condition, it seems to be the case... Madeca, we used to love it, didn't we Excessive cleansing seems to cause physical irritation. Affordable and available at Daiso, suitable for sensitive and atopic skin Inconvenient that it's not labeled whether it's mildly acidic or alkaline - mi****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 16, 2025
Great value for money product. For a gel cleanser, it lathers up surprisingly well. The cleansing effectiveness is not bad at all for this price point. The downside is that you get what you pay for. It's just okay, so don't set your expectations too high. - pu****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 22, 2025
Excellent for soothing and hydrating the skin, while also helping to fade acne scars and more The quantity is woefully insufficient for use during the harsh winter months - bi******Combination SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresNov 19, 2024
It's easily accessible since you can buy it at Daiso, and it's from a reputable company you can trust. I'm not sure if it's suitable for blemish-prone skin... I noticed that using this still caused blemishes to appear. - yw****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 4, 2024
Even with sensitive skin, I didn't feel any irritation. The scent is pleasant. It's slightly slippery but rinses off well. Perhaps because it's gentle, the cleansing effectiveness doesn't seem particularly strong. - vi******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 25, 2024
This was one of the foaming cleansers at my local Daiso that didn't contain stearic acid. I liked its simple ingredient list, so I decided to buy it. The scent starts off like centella, but as you lather it up, it transforms into a dish soap-like fragrance, making you feel like you're washing with detergent. It leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean. Since it's a gel type, it doesn't foam well if there's oil on your hands or face. All the reviews complaining about poor lathering are due to this issue. Make sure to thoroughly rinse your hands and face with water before use to create a good lather. - vh********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedOct 5, 2024
I accidentally bought this product, but found great uses for it on my body and for brush cleaning! For the body: I used it 1-2 times a week instead of body wash, and it seems to work well for back blemishes. When used with a body brush, it lathers nicely, so I recommend it for body use. For brush cleaning: I don't recommend it for brush cleaning. No matter how much I try, the gel doesn't come off the brushes easily. It leaves a sticky residue, so I can't recommend it for this purpose. I recommend using it occasionally on the body. - al****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 25, 2024
I was amazed by how well this product worked, especially considering its unbelievably low price of just 3000 won. I bought it in a hurry from Daiso when my face started tingling from a new foam cleanser, and it turned out to be incredibly gentle and suitable for my skin. My complexion has improved significantly since using it. The scent is so strong, it screams 'I'm a cosmetic product!' If it weren't for this artificial fragrance, I'd want to use it forever.
