Pros
Compared to the Neo Cushion Matte, this one definitely feels softer and more moisturizing when applied. It allows for a natural-looking skin finish! The light pink case is absolutely lovely.
Cons
The coverage is a bit disappointing, unfortunately. It seems the signature darkening effect of Neo Cushions is unavoidable... Even with the matte version, darkening was the only drawback, and now I see the glow version has it too. The shade seems to have quite a yellow undertone.

I'd recommend this to those who don't have blemishes and prefer a light makeup look. For those with oily skin, setting powder is a must!

Photo order: Bare skin - Right after application My base makeup preference: As long as it's comfortable on my skin, I'm fine with it not being full coverage I was worried it might be too dewy since it's called 'glow', but I was pleasantly surprised by its semi-glow finish! It's not like the glow is running down your face, but more of a subtle radiance that makes your skin look healthy. It wasn't overwhelming at all. Overall coverage is medium, while pore coverage is between medium to medium-high. The real winner here is the puff holder! You don't just open cushion compacts when applying makeup, but also when you just want to use the mirror. It's surprisingly annoying to hold the puff then. This time, I got shade 21, which is a bit more subdued but slightly dark for me, which is a bit disappointing. However, it seems to be a versatile shade that suits many Korean complexions well. The Neo Cushion's best features are its adherence and ultra-fine particles that provide detailed coverage. When applied, it feels like the particles are evenly distributed, creating a uniform finish. The pink Glow cushion contains more skincare ingredients than the matte version, making it much more hydrating. That said, it's not excessively oily or blindingly shiny. It provides more moisture with a subtle glow. For a glow cushion, it has impressively long-lasting wear, which I really like. My previous matte cushion was an older model without the neo dot, but the pink one has it. It might seem trivial, but when you carry a cushion in your bag, sometimes the puff escapes as soon as you open the lid. The detachable neo dot prevents the puff from escaping.
