It absorbs well and is great for combination dehydrated skin. I love layering it twice for optimal results! It leaves my skin feeling hydrated. I bought this after seeing an ad claiming it works on neck wrinkles too, and I can definitely feel it smoothing out my skin texture. It's pleasantly versatile. I'm especially enjoying using it as a skin pack, and I'm seeing calming effects. Among toners, it's excellent for hydration and soothing the skin. If you just apply it normally instead of using it as a skin pack, it evaporates quickly. However, it doesn't have the consistency to be used as an exfoliating toner either. I bought this on a whim after seeing an ad, and one day I suddenly realized my skin had improved, so I came to write a review. I've fallen for many Instagram-advertised cosmetics, but this one's a real success! I checked the ingredients on Hwahae before buying and have been using it for about a month. Whether I'm cleansing in the morning or evening, my skin feels as smooth as a peeled egg. I used to just use whatever skincare I received as gifts, but I think I'll stick with this one. I've found the perfect toner for my skin. As my skin barrier recovered, my complexion really became more elastic and bright. I even took photos for this review I bought with my own money... it's that good! The price is reasonable, the volume is generous, it absorbs well so you can apply it all over with just a small amount, and it absorbs quickly. (I haven't found my holy grail for pore management yet... sorry for the visible pores in the photo... I didn't think to take a before picture, but I just wanted to show you how the texture of my skin has become smoother) There's nothing particularly bad about it. The scent is a bit unique, so it might be hit or miss for some, but I absolutely love it! The hydration is pretty good. It doesn't dry out too quickly, leaving your skin comfortably moisturized. The fragrance is quite strong. It applies smoothly with a moisturizing feel, and after application, my skin feels supple. Even with my dry skin, the hydration is excellent! I can't think of any downsides. It works well even for my super sensitive skin, and I can use it daily without any issues.

I'm using this without any blemishes after checking the ingredients on Hwahae, as ceramides and peptides are high on the list. It's an anti-wrinkle toner that you can comfortably layer two or three times in the first step of your skincare routine. The scent is a bit odd, which is slightly disappointing. I usually prefer cosmetics from major companies, but I was tempted by the ads to buy this. Now the constant, blatant advertisements I keep seeing are frustrating! Purchase at a buy one, get one free price!
