  Pros

  First off, I have extremely oily, sensitive, and acne-prone skin! 1. Scent It's nearly fragrance-free with a slight sweet note. 2. Hydration It's a true water-based toner, perfect for oily skin types who want a refreshing application. I prefer this kind of light toner when applying serums or creams, as overly moisturizing toners can cause issues. 3. Exfoliation I didn't expect much exfoliation since I bought this for its gentleness after my skin barrier was compromised by unsuitable skincare products. Surprisingly, it does a decent job at removing dead skin cells. 4. Irritation I expected it to be mild, but there is some irritation. It causes a slight burning sensation and redness when applied. 5. Other observations The overall feel and the burning/redness are very similar to when I used the Dokdo Toner. Upon checking, I found that these two products have similar ingredients. However, this one is less irritating, and unlike the slightly heavy Dokdo Toner, this product feels much better on the skin.

  It causes a slight burning sensation. Considering how affordable toners are these days, this one is quite expensive.

  I started using this after researching low pH toners! Having super sensitive skin, I feel more at ease using an alkaline cleanser followed by a low pH toner. Since it's the first step in skincare, I wanted to use something with good ingredients, and I chose this product because it contains beneficial bacteria for the skin. The texture is refreshing and non-sticky, like a water toner. Regarding the ingredients, I initially used it sparingly as my skin seemed to react slightly, but once I got used to it, it was so good that I even started doing toner masks with it. This seems like a great introductory product for those who haven't had success with fermented ingredients before.

  Cons

  The quantity is small and it's expensive... Also, those with super sensitive skin might find it slightly more heavy than expected.

  If you have super sensitive skin, try using it intermittently at first rather than daily, while monitoring your skin's condition. This might make it easier to adapt to the product.

  I used this from September to November, from summer until it was time to wear padded jackets. It definitely applied smoothly and felt refreshing, which I really liked.
