  This toner is perfect for cooling down your skin on hot days like these. I keep mine in the fridge, and after cleansing, I soak a cotton pad and place it on my face. It quickly calms down skin that's been warmed up by the sun. The gentle ingredients don't cause any tingling, and its water-like texture, without much oiliness or stickiness, makes it great to use with cotton pads. It's a toner that stays true to what a toner should be. There's no sticky residue left behind, making it ideal for layering with other skincare products. It absorbs cleanly, and the scent is nearly fragrance-free, so you can use it without any worries.

  Cons

  It's not particularly easy to compare this toner with other products. After using it, I didn't really notice my skin becoming more radiant or feeling softer.

  Tip
