As soon as I applied it, it stung so much... I immediately washed it off and squeezed out my usual sunscreen instead. It stung and felt hot right after application... It's so hydrating... There's absolutely no stinging sensation around the eyes... And my skin looks amazing! I thought it might feel sticky, but after a while, it just feels wonderfully moisturized! The brightening moisturizer doesn't leave a heavy white cast and keeps my skin nicely hydrated, which I love. Since I have combination dehydrated skin, I notice my face gets a bit oily in the afternoon, unfortunately. On rainy days, I avoid using it because the humidity might lead to clogged pores. The amount of product is too small. I've been using this for over half a year and I'm here to share my review because I absolutely love it!!!!!! (You can see some signs of use on the sunscreen package.. I've been applying this every single day.) When I choose a sunscreen, the three most important factors for me are: ✔ No white cast ✔ Moisturizing finish ✔ Doesn't pill and works well under makeup This sunscreen checks all these boxes, and I'm truly in love with it... ⸻ 🫧Skin Type I have dry and super sensitive skin. ⸻ 🫧Texture & Application The texture is a light and smooth cream type. It's not runny enough to drip, but it spreads like water..? It applies so smoothly and feels hydrating on the skin. Just a few swipes with your fingers and it absorbs without any residue!! (Though it doesn't leave a matte finish) ⸻ 🫧Skin Appearance After application, it leaves a natural, dewy glow. There's no white cast, and even on days when my skin is extra sensitive, I didn't experience any tingling or itching. The best part is that it's fragrance-free... It feels like I'm applying something so pure, it makes me feel pure too! ⸻ 🫧Compatibility with Makeup It has a moisturizing and slightly tacky finish, making it perfect as a makeup base sunscreen If you're looking for a matte finish that feels like you're not wearing anything, you might find this slightly disappointing. As the weather's starting to heat up, I thought I might get a tan, so I started looking for a sunscreen. I've had many experiences where sunscreen caused my skin to break out, so I searched for a gentle one and made my purchase. (Everything else is fine, but for some reason, only sunscreen seems to upset my skin...) This one is gentle and great! It doesn't make my makeup break down either. There's nothing I'm disappointed about! It's the perfect size to carry around, and it doesn't cause any blemishes.
