I bought this famous deep undertone lipstick during an Olive Young sale. When applied with a light touch over a bit of lip balm, it goes on sheer, making it easy to control the intensity. Even a small amount on bare lips adds a lively look, which I love. It has a slight brown-pink tint, so it's great with makeup, though it might be a bit much for those with yellow undertones and a natural flush when worn on bare skin. It's quite matte, so applying it without lip balm can really emphasize dead skin cells. Those prone to dry lips might find it a bit troublesome to use. For best results, moisturize your lips with balm 20 minutes before application. Gently blot off excess with a tissue, then apply the lipstick. This method helps prevent highlighting any dry patches. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAtopy SkinApr 2, 2024
Great color payoff. Not sure about longevity (due to my habit of not keeping my lips still). When applied, it's a deep dried rose shade. Unlike tints that often cause cheilitis for me, this doesn't irritate my lips. Disappointing that it doesn't have the staying power of a tint. It's a matte lipstick. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 15, 2023
The color is beautiful and applies well. It's more red-toned than the case color suggests. Being matte, it's essential to exfoliate dead skin cells beforehand. Also, it's a bit on the pricey side.
