It's on the pricier side, and it bleeds a lot. It also severely accentuates lip dead skin cells. The color isn't particularly pretty, and it applies too heavily and matte. It definitely didn't suit me as a fair-skinned person, and I think even those with deep undertones might find it awkward to use.

The quantity is quite generous... That's about all I can say for sure!

It looks beautiful whether applied directly to the lips or layered over a light base as a pop of color. These days, I'm also using it as a cheek tint and it works wonderfully!

Among velvet-textured tints, this one has great color payoff and doesn't emphasize lip flakiness. I honestly can't find any downsides to it!

I've been using the 3CE Velvet Lip Tint for over 5 years now! The application is as smooth as velvet, the color payoff is fantastic, and most importantly, it's less drying on the lips compared to other products. It doesn't accentuate dead skin cells on the lips either. Even though I have warm undertones, I absolutely love using the Pink Break shade! It's a versatile color that works well for both warm and cool skin tones. Lately, I've been obsessed with the moisturizing finish and have even started applying it to my cheeks!

I recommend this as a cool-toned base lip product. It looks beautiful if you apply it broadly and then use a deeper shade on the inner part of your lips.

On days when I have severe dead skin cells on my lips, it makes them more noticeable, so I only use it when my lips are in good condition. Also, as you use it, the packaging gradually peels off.

I've used more than 3 tubes! The staying power is pretty good, and I definitely recommend it!
