Pros

I've been using the 3CE Velvet Lip Tint for over 5 years now! The application is as smooth as velvet, the color payoff is fantastic, and most importantly, it's less drying on the lips compared to other products. It doesn't accentuate dead skin cells on the lips either. Even though I have warm undertones, I absolutely love using the Pink Break shade! It's a versatile color that works well for both warm and cool skin tones. Lately, I've been obsessed with the moisturizing finish and have even started applying it to my cheeks!

Cons

Among velvet-textured tints, this one has great color payoff and doesn't emphasize lip flakiness. I honestly can't find any downsides to it!

Tip

It looks beautiful whether applied directly to the lips or layered over a light base as a pop of color. These days, I'm also using it as a cheek tint and it works wonderfully!

I've used more than 3 tubes! The staying power is pretty good, and I definitely recommend it!

Cons

On days when I have severe dead skin cells on my lips, it makes them more noticeable, so I only use it when my lips are in good condition. Also, as you use it, the packaging gradually peels off.

Tip

I recommend this as a cool-toned base lip product. It looks beautiful if you apply it broadly and then use a deeper shade on the inner part of your lips.
