  Pros

  ■Texture It's a water-based formula that feels like it has a drop or two of glycerin. ■Oil and moisture balance I was worried that the simple ingredients might not provide enough hydration, but as I layered it on, the moisture really built up! And I could subtly feel a layer of hydration on my skin! ■Finish It's really clean, with a sensation of having a thin protective layer on the skin! ■Absorption It absorbs well after patting it in a few times!

  Cons

  ■Volume Bubble toners in general seem to run out quickly... It feels expensive for the amount you get. ■Soothing effect Since the azulene ingredient is quite far down the list, I'm not sure about its effectiveness beyond calming sun-heated skin... ■Deep dryness While the hydration is good, it feels like it's missing that extra 2%... It didn't quite reach that deep, saturating level of hydration.

  Tip

  ●Recommended for All skin types However, those with significant deep dryness might want to pass... There are many other great toners on the market... ●Would I repurchase No, I preferred the Nomorenormal Azulene Toner... Even if refills were available, I probably wouldn't buy it again...

  Unlike runny toners that drip through your fingers and splash on the floor, this foam formula is super neat to use. Even if you think you've applied too much, it absorbs quickly into the skin. As it's meant for soothing, it minimizes skin irritation and provides a quick burst of hydration. Plus, the packaging is really pretty! It seems to work well as a boosting step before the next product in your routine.

  The bubble formula is so gentle, it doesn't cause any irritation! When my skin is acting up, I usually find exfoliating toners too harsh. I typically soak a cotton pad with toner and gently press it onto my skin. But with this bubble toner, I can simply apply it directly to my face and lightly roll it in. It absorbs quickly, which is fantastic. I bought the refill along with the original, making it a great value purchase!

  Cons

  I don't feel like it's significantly more soothing than other cica products... It seems similar to using any other toner in a bubble dispenser. The consistency is quite thin, so the foam tends to drip down easily.

  Tip

  When masking, if you apply a generous layer of this toner on your face, it feels like the soothing effect is doubled!

  The foam texture is incredibly soft and fluffy. Those who've used it with a skincare foaming device might already know this, but it's a complete game-changer. I bought it because my skin was getting too irritated from constantly using Docto, and wow, what a revelation! The foam transforms into water upon contact with the skin and absorbs quickly. It's so lightweight that even with my combination dehydrated skin, it leaves my face feeling clean without any excessive dryness. It's amazing. However, if you have dry skin, you might find it a bit drying. It's less about hydration and more about how well it soothes the skin.

  Cons

  Nothing negative to say. I'm just extremely satisfied. I switched from the Heartleaf 77 Toner because I heard azulene is good for the skin. While that one was decent, this is even more satisfying.

  Tip

  If you have dry skin, try layering it multiple times for better results. If you're prone to blemishes and want something soothing without any irritation, this might be worth a try. It doesn't have many ingredients, which is great. I'm completely satisfied and plan to keep using it.
