The color payoff and application feel are great - it glides on smoothly. It also has decent staying power. The shade is redder and more intense than I expected, so I don't reach for it often. - ps*******Dehydrated SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2025
* Shade 21 / Spring Warm Pale Tone * The clear and subdued orange coral color is perfect for warm skin tones (Recommended for Spring Warm Pale~Light to Fall Warm Mute) True to its 'coating tint' name, it has a rich texture Creates a sparkling glow without being excessive Moisturizing enough to double as a lip balm The soft color payoff works well for a natural lip look The unique texture might feel heavy for some As it's a moisturizing tint, longevity isn't great and requires frequent reapplication The initial color may differ from how it looks later (Starts bright, becomes more subdued over time) 1. Use a cushion to neutralize lip color, then apply the tint sparingly to the inner lips 2. Only use the applicator's vibration feature initially, not for touch-ups (To maintain the initial color and glow as much as possible) 3. Great for orange coral makeup looks - emphasize the blush and use this to match the lip tone 4. Recommended for warm-toned individuals who don't suit slightly darker or intense shades! - es********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedFeb 16, 2025
The color suits deep undertones perfectly. I've been struggling with cheilitis and couldn't use other brands, but fortunately, this product doesn't trigger it, so I'm using it comfortably. It doesn't stain, so it doesn't darken when reapplying. It's a bit disappointing that the color is light and fades quickly. The scent wasn't quite to my taste, but it wasn't bothersome enough to be a deal-breaker. - qw**********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 7, 2025
This shade seems perfect for autumn warm tones. The color deepens over time. It has a fairly noticeable artificial scent. The staying power wasn't great, and the lid was a bit loose. - al**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 9, 2024
I bought the color that looks like apricot. First off, it's great that the narrow opening compared to the applicator tip makes it easy to control the amount, which is crucial since too much glossiness can be problematic. That aspect was really nice. The scent is a subtle peach skin fragrance that lingers. You notice it right away when applying, so it might be a bit challenging for those who prefer unscented products. While it's a glossy tint, compared to other products, it somehow doesn't moisturize at all. The stickiness feels superficial, and after a few hours, my lips actually end up chapped. As someone who enjoys using glossy products due to poor lip care, this was a bit disappointing for me. - gk*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsOct 9, 2024
The color is absolutely gorgeous. It's a perfect apricot shade that's nude without being dull, making it an ideal MLBB for light skin tones. It's versatile enough to use as a base or on its own for a beautiful, natural lip look. There are quite a few disappointments with the reformulation... The original 'Shy Peach' was famous for its deep undertone (though a bit vibrant for light skin tones, it worked well when dabbed on). Somehow, the reformulation feels like a downgrade. Before: Thick texture with strong color payoff. Not very glossy. Dried out lips a bit. After: Applies more lightly, which is nice, but with weaker pigmentation. More glossy, but the 'yogurt effect' (color settling into lip lines) is really bad. Honestly, while the original formula wasn't trendy (these days, people prefer glossy, translucent lip tints over pigmented, matte ones), I understand why they reformulated. But why is the 'yogurt effect' so severe? You have to wipe the inside of your mouth right after application, and it settles into lines even after eating. And who designed this double-lock tint packaging? It leaks when fully closed, and you have to under-tighten it to lock, but even then it slightly leaks. Between the packaging issues and the 'yogurt effect', I'm really disappointed, despite the beautiful color. Both long-time fans of Lillybyred tints and newcomers will likely notice these flaws... It's surprising from a brand that usually excels at color cosmetics. Still, I have to admit the color is truly beautiful... - is*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedSep 21, 2024
First off, I love that the color isn't too intense! I'm really satisfied with how this lip product makes my lips look plump and juicy. The packaging design is also absolutely gorgeous... There's a bit of stickiness that can't be ignored. Also, after wearing it for a while, the color seems to fade a bit, which is probably the only downside. Other than that, I can't think of any other issues! - al*******Oily SkinRecommendedSep 21, 2024
This is the first lip product I've ever used up completely and repurchased! I was looking for a lip color that wasn't too intense but had a nude tone, and I found the perfect match. I bought it right away! As expected, the color is absolutely beautiful. It's not too bold, but it's not colorless either... It's such a great shade for everyday wear that I've been applying only this lip product lately. The price is good too, and it doesn't emphasize any dead skin cells on my lips, so I plan to keep using it. It's perfect as a daily moisturizing lip product! There wasn't really anything disappointing about this product while using it. - hc********Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedSep 20, 2024
I bought this at Olive Young and it was exactly the look I was going for! The glow is incredible and I absolutely love the color. The staying power is a bit disappointing. It's good as a point makeup over a base, though. - ww********Dry SkinRecommendedSep 2, 2024
When first applied, it has a beautiful nude-like color and gives a moisturized glow The longevity isn't that great, and it seems the color doesn't stay on very well
