This type of formulation is something I've never seen before! It has oil ingredients, but it's not oily at all - it's just so moisturizing and absorbs so refreshingly!! There's an oil layer, so I thought it might feel heavy, but it's completely lightweight while providing amazing hydration! You can apply a lot at once or layer it twice, and it never feels heavy.
