✓ Promotes calcium absorption ✓ Helps prevent osteoporosis ✓ Boosts immune system ✓ Improves cardiovascular health ✓ Alleviates depression ✓ Aids in hair loss prevention The soft gel capsules are small, making them super easy to swallow. They come in a brown glass bottle, which protects the vitamins from sunlight and prevents degradation, so no worries there! I heard I should be cautious about taking these due to my kidney stones, but it seems fine to gradually reduce the dosage from daily use. I've definitely noticed a decrease in fatigue, and I prefer these vitamins because the small pills are easy to swallow. Taking on an empty stomach can cause heartburn and nausea. It's a high dose at 10,000 IU, so you only need to take 2-3 per week. Since my job makes it difficult to get sunlight, I make sure to take these regularly. It's best not to take them on an empty stomach as it slows absorption and can be hard on your stomach. I recommend taking them with a fatty meal for better absorption. The ideal time is right after breakfast in the morning. - qq**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 21, 2023
I love that the capsules are just the right size - small and thin enough to swallow easily. It's so convenient to take! With 1000IU per dose, I'm really satisfied as I've been taking these to address my vitamin D deficiency. There's nothing I dislike about this product. The capsule size is perfect, making it easy to take. - la********Combination SkinRecommendedNov 30, 2023
It's even better because it comes in a glass bottle that's perfect for gifting. Very hygienic too! I haven't found any drawbacks or disadvantages. I'm enjoying it thoroughly. - an*******Normal SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedNov 30, 2023
It's well-known but not overly expensive, making it great for gifts or personal use As this supplement requires long-term use to see results, I'll update my review after taking it for an extended period - gp***Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 24, 2023
It seems more potent than other multivitamins. That's why I liked it even more. The pills are a bit large, so I had some difficulty swallowing them since I'm not great at taking tablets. - hy*********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 23, 2023
When I first tried vitamin D, I started with a lower dose to test it out. I can say it's not ineffective. It's particularly helpful for symptoms like depression or vertigo. Since I hardly get any sunlight, I think starting with 2000 IU is more suitable for me. - ch**********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 18, 2023
I took these while preparing for pregnancy. The pill size is just right and I really like them. I can't think of any particular downsides. They're easy to take and I'm quite satisfied with them. - lo*******Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedNov 17, 2023
I discovered this brand when I was pregnant, as it's well-known for folic acid supplements. I decided to give it a try and I'm really enjoying taking them! If they have more sales, these would make great gifts. I like that the pills are small and easy to swallow. - rd********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRecommendedNov 17, 2023
I've heard you need to take vitamin D separately, and I think Solgar's vitamin D is the best option out there The price isn't exactly cheap, which is a bit disappointing. Also, taking it on an empty stomach can cause slight heartburn - gk**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedNov 17, 2023
I really like that the pills are small, which makes them easy to swallow. It's such a relief compared to larger pills that can feel uncomfortable going down. The only downside I can think of is the price. It's a bit on the expensive side, which is unfortunate.
