As someone who's absolutely obsessed with skin scent and baby powder fragrances, I exclusively use these types for my body products. So naturally, I couldn't resist trying Fleur de Peau, famous for its skin scent. 👃🏻Fragrance Notes👃🏻 1️⃣Top notes: Spicy, peppery, with a musty scent reminiscent of an old cabinet - like the smell of dust in an aged wardrobe or antique furniture. 2️⃣Middle notes: It softens a bit but maintains a bold, tissue-like scent (?). The pepper notes blend with the skin scent, creating a sophisticated aroma you might associate with a career woman. Personally, I enjoyed this phase too. You can adjust the wear time to suit your desired mood. 3️⃣Base notes: An incredibly soft and comforting skin scent - warm and the most innocuous fragrance in the world. The downside is it takes a while to reach this stage. But don't worry, I've got a tip for that below! ⏰Longevity⏰ Exceptional! Diptyque fragrances are known for their staying power, and for good reason. This one really lasts! While the longevity is a plus, it's also a bit of a drawback... The initial scent lingers for quite a while, and even though I love the base notes, there were times I wished the fragrance would fade faster! The staying power is so strong that I found myself enjoying the skin scent alone at home, while still smelling the peppery notes when I was out. Personally, I find that as the peppery notes fade, the fragrance becomes more appealing (since most people buy this expecting a skin scent!). Here's a pro tip: spray it on your clothes the night before! That's what I do, and by the next day, only the base notes remain, leaving you with that wonderfully soft skin scent. Since I also enjoyed the middle notes, another tip is to adjust your application time based on your outfit and the occasion. This is a perfume that I purchased after being captivated by the scent my friend sprayed. It's truly a comforting scent just like my own natural body odor. 🥹 It blends seamlessly with my body temperature, and it's not quite like vanilla or powder... It's reminiscent of musk, yet pleasantly warm and cozy. In short, it's a scent that's indescribable, and I find myself constantly burying my nose in it. While it can be worn year-round, it truly shines in the winter.🤍 However... the longevity ㅎ........ the longevity is a bit disappointing. The best thing about it is the scent - it's absolutely divine, like the smell of fresh skin. I'd highly recommend it to women. The downside is that the fragrance doesn't last long considering the price. Sadly, it's not great value for money... The lingering scent is incredibly captivating and lasts an extraordinarily long time. This fragrance is absolutely mesmerizing... It was initially a scent worn by an acquaintance. After spending the entire day with them and returning home, I noticed the fragrance had somehow transferred to me, continuously wafting around. I find myself confused whether I'm reminiscing about the person or the scent itself. If you're looking to charm someone, wear this perfume. It's a scent that makes you want to be embraced. At first, there's a strong peppery scent, but over time it transforms into a cozy, powdery fragrance that's perfect for winter. When sprayed on clothes, the scent lasts for a long time. It's quite similar to one of the most famous perfumes, so nowadays you might find others wearing the same scent.
