  1. Texture Although it's labeled as an emulsion, it feels more like a toner. It's incredibly lightweight! It has a water-like consistency. 2. Application It applies smoothly, just like water. I usually layer it multiple times and pat it in. This method helps combat deep dryness and gives a cooling sensation that seems to reduce redness. It also has a nice balance of richness that helps makeup adhere well. I'd recommend it as a great base for makeup application! 3. Hydration The water-like texture definitely gives an instant boost of hydration. The balanced richness helps the moisturizing effect last longer. It's absolutely not sticky! It has just the right amount of richness that even those with oily skin would appreciate. It does an excellent job balancing oil and moisture.

  The only downside is that the price is a bit steep, but it's satisfying in every other aspect.
