Satisfying cleansing effectiveness, texture, and recommended skin type I use this at least once or twice a week without fail It has a watery consistency and I apply it with a cotton pad Recommended for oily skin, but not advised for sensitive dry skin

Pros
Usage frequency - 1/5 Texture - It has a watery/toner-like consistency. It comes out quickly and flows easily, so you need to be careful when using it. Irritation and effectiveness - Besides cleansing oil, this is the fastest-acting product for eliminating blackheads. I'm extremely satisfied. In a pinch, you can soak a cotton pad, place it on your nose while showering, and then remove it afterwards. Use a cotton swab to clear away sebum for a clean finish. Ingredients - Apart from fragrance, there don't seem to be any unnecessary ingredients. Those with fragrance-sensitive skin should be cautious. Price - It's great that it's effective yet not too expensive. Recommended for: Those with oily/very oily skin that produces a lot of sebum and has blackheads, as well as those looking to manage their pores. Suitable for all but the most sensitive skin types.
Cons
Packaging - Be careful, as it can pour out quickly if you tilt it too much. Scent - It has a chemical smell. I'm not sure why they added fragrance.
Tip
It's more effective when used after softening the sebum. Using it while showering or bathing enhances its effectiveness.

Pros
This product seems great for those who find traditional exfoliation methods too harsh. It's a versatile two-in-one solution - you can mix it with your wash-off mask instead of water, giving you the benefits of both masking and dead skin cell removal at the same time.
Cons
The fragrance is overly artificial, and I didn't notice any significant effect on blackhead/whitehead removal or exfoliation. It seems you'd need to use this more frequently than a regular peeling product to see noticeable results. Personally, I prefer traditional peeling methods. I'm also not convinced about its effectiveness in removing blackheads on the nose.

It makes your skin so smooth! After opening up your facial pores, soak a cotton pad with the product and place it on your face. Then, use a spatula to gently push out the sebum. When you're done, your skin feels incredibly smooth to the touch!
Cons
The smell is a bit challenging... If you use a generous amount, there's a strong ammonia-like scent that can be quite overwhelming.
Tip
For those with super sensitive skin, you might want to do a patch test first to check for any potential irritation or allergic reaction.

During this hot and sweaty summer, I noticed a lot of sebum and blackheads forming quickly around my nose. That's when I decided to try Medipeel's Sebum Softener, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer! Why aren't more people using this? Here's the secret: soak a cotton pad generously with the softener, place it on your nose for about 15 minutes, then gently scrub. You'll experience pure bliss as you watch stubborn sebum and blackheads come right off! It's a level of satisfaction you won't find anywhere else. I use it once a week, or every ten days at most, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. Plus, the bottle is so generous that I still have plenty left!

I was struggling with excessive oily skin and didn't know what to use, but then I heard about sebum softeners and decided to give this a try :) I had a feeling it might magically eliminate all my excess oil haha! I soaked a cotton pad, placed it on my nose for about 5 minutes, then gently wiped with a cotton swab. To my surprise, the sebum disappeared!! I was thrilled to see it vanish so quickly, though I'll need to use it more to see how long the effects last!
Cons
The scent is quite strong!! I suppose it's because it's a softener, but it smells a bit like acetone? It's a shame it's not more pleasant-smelling. Also, the amount seems a bit small, and it's somewhat pricey for the quantity. I just went to a discount store today and saw a slightly smaller bottle for only $3!
Tip
Using two cotton pads stacked together on your nose instead of just one seems to reduce the smell!

Pros
I bought this during an Olive Young sale, and it turned out to be better than I expected! You can use it like a nose pack - leave it on for a few minutes, then gently wipe with a cotton swab, and blackheads come out easily!
Cons
There's not really anything to complain about! Maybe just the scent? It has a bit of an alcohol smell, haha.
Tip
It works great if you use three cotton pads on your nose! You might also want to try putting one on your chin.

Pros
Value for money: The quantity is more than expected, so it doesn't seem overpriced for the amount you get. Effectiveness: I didn't use an extractor on my nose to avoid irritation, but instead wiped it with a textured pad. I could feel that it removed excess sebum and left my skin feeling more refined.
Cons
Scent: It has an artificial medicinal smell. People sensitive to fragrances might find it slightly nauseating, similar to an alcohol-like scent. While not overpowering, it's noticeable enough to be bothersome when applied to the nose. Effectiveness: When you peel it off, it appears to draw out some sebum. However, it doesn't dramatically clean your nose or make blackheads disappear.

Pros
I used to have the bad habit of squeezing blackheads with my fingers, but then I learned about sebum softeners and decided to give them a try. It's definitely less irritating than manual extraction, so my nose doesn't turn into a strawberry, and I feel like my pores have actually gotten smaller instead of larger. Oh, and the cotton pads that came with it are split in half and thin, which makes them adhere better to the skin.
Cons
It has that distinct alcohol smell. Also, the sebum doesn't seem to dissolve as well as I expected. It's a bit underwhelming, to be honest.
Tip
As some YouTubers suggest, it's good to use the softener after a shower or bath, or after using a steam towel (wet towel microwaved for 30 seconds) on your face for about 20 minutes. Also, I have dry skin, so blackheads weren't coming out well due to dead skin cells, but I found that exfoliating before using the softener helps the sebum come out more easily. Afterwards, I do a toner pack followed by an ampoule modeling mask.

Pros
We have a sebum prince living in our house! If his sebum could turn into oil, we probably wouldn't need to visit the gas station anymore, haha! He'd make a fortune as a nose pack model on home shopping channels. If he did a 'pore-gasm' video, it would go viral on YouTube! So I tried it on my husband's nose... and well, let's just say I'd rather not continue that story! The product really works - it softens and melts the gunk, and you can just wipe it off easily.
Cons
The strong alcohol-like scent makes me worry about using it around my baby at home. Despite that, I'll still use this product because even after two applications of a nose pack, there's still more to remove. It's so effortless - I can just put it on when I'm too tired for anything else!
Tip
At skincare clinics, they apply a sebum softener and cover it with a wrap. It seems to work even better that way for removing blemishes.
