The downside is that the pencil is thin, so you have to draw it multiple times.

It's great for lining the lip contour! The pencil seems thinner than other brands, and the color is neutral, not leaning too warm or cool.

I haven't found any shortcomings yet! I'm using it satisfactorily.

The pigmentation is great, and when applied, the lip color looks uniform, so the tint you apply later comes out the same as you envisioned!

The color is so pretty that I don't even use it as a lip pencil, but layer it on my lips and then apply a gloss or glow tint on top - it looks beautiful that way.

Since the product is not an extremely matte type, the fixing power is quite poor. I used a cheaper product before and it actually had better fixing power and was more matte, with no smudging.
When the wind blew my hair against my lips, this lip pencil would transfer onto the hair, leaving a pink line on my face. This never happened when I used my regular matte lip pencil, so I've gone back to using that one as it seems to work better for me and stay matte.

The color is really beautiful, a lovely mauve pink that looks very natural and blends well. It seems to be the perfect color for summer muted tones.

The same colored lip pencil came out at Daiso... It seems there's not much difference.

The slightly toned-down, faded muted pink shade generally suits cool-toned lips well🩷

The tip is a bit blunt, so it's a little tricky to apply at the corners of the lips.

It has a nice overlap and good spreadability, so it glides on smoothly and doesn't emphasize the lip line. The color is really pretty.

The longevity doesn't seem to be great, and it tends to leave a slightly whitish cast after some time.

The product has a very smooth and creamy application, and it pairs well with most pink lip products.

If you have a cool skin tone, draw your lip line with this line
and apply the Rom&nd Cooling Up and the Rom&nd Burnt Heart.

It's a shame there's no sharpener. It would have been nice to have a sharpener instead of the bottom brush.

The lip liner was amazing. It's also great as a lip plumper, and it works well for those with bold lip lines.

The Rom& lip pencil also comes with a brush on the back!
Honestly, you can just use your finger to blend it out roughly even without the brush, but it'll be useful for those who don't want to use their fingers.

The downside is that the staying power is short. And unless it's on sale, I probably won't buy it.

I used a Heart Percent product and then switched to Rom&. 
The good thing is that the pencil is just the right thickness and applies smoothly. The Heart Percent was too matte and creased a lot, but Rom& doesn't do that.
The color is almost the same as the official website! The super orange-y ones don't suit me, so I bought #04, which I think suits both warm and cool tones.
