The smooth application and beautiful color are so pretty... It also goes well with the cool-toned lip I usually use.
ConsIt would be even better if there was a lip shadow applied in the back. There's a blurring brush in the back, but I don't use it.
TipIf you have a cool skin tone, draw your lip line with this line and apply the Rom&nd Cooling Up and the Rom&nd Burnt Heart. True beauty.

I was torn between this and Kaya beige, but I think Kaya beige would have been too orange-y. It applies creamily and smoothly, and feels slightly less matte than the Heart Percent. I haven't tried it for longevity yet, so I'm not sure about that. It has a neutral color tone, but it feels a bit less saturated and slightly higher in lightness compared to the creamy pink of Heart Percent. (The creamy pink was a bit too saturated and prominent for me, so it was more suitable for expanding the lip area rather than blurring the lip line.) I'd recommend this to those who want a lip line blurring effect but find Rose beige to be too warm.
ConsThis may not be suitable for those looking for a cooler-toned lip pencil.
