As I have acne-prone and troubled skin, I purchased this product because it contains soothing cica ingredients that help calm the skin. Despite being mildly acidic, my skin didn't feel tight or dry after cleansing, which I liked. It's not that the cleansing power is poor either! The foam lathers up very richly and the cleansing is effective. Of course, if you've applied sunscreen or makeup, any cleansing foam would have difficulty removing it, but for just bare skin cleansing, this product is sufficient. It also has a nice fragrance.
