Although this nutritional supplement was created for men, I heard women could take it too, so I gave it a try! I took it because it's supposed to be great for vitality, and I definitely felt less tired and healthier overall. The best part was not having to bother with taking multiple supplements separately - I could just take this all at once! The price is a bit high, and while this is just my personal experience and I can't say for certain it was because of this product, I had a major breakout of blemishes while taking it. As a result, I stopped after a few months.
