It absorbs beautifully and the color payoff is fantastic. Highly recommended for those with warm undertones! While there weren't any specific disappointments, if you're expecting a long-lasting stain, you might be let down... - ea*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesRecommendedApr 12, 2025
The color and scent are totally my style, and the price is right up my alley too. It's seriously, seriously beautiful. Highly recommended for those with warm undertones. The staying power isn't great, unfortunately. And the adherence to the skin doesn't seem to be the best either. However, the color is so stunning it makes up for these shortcomings! It's absolutely gorgeous. - na*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 16, 2025
The absorbs well is matte and remarkably smooth. Those who enjoy matte finishes could beautifully use this as a base. Personally, I thought its matte yet smooth texture would minimize dead skin cells accentuation, but that wasn't the case. Also, the color itself felt different from the fig shades I had in mind. The color is somewhat ambiguous, so I wouldn't recommend using it alone for color. It's warmer than expected. - sn******Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessRecommendedJan 12, 2025
The color is truly beautiful!! As someone with warm undertones, I think it would look fantastic on others with similar skin tones! It really emphasizes dry, flaky lips.. The dead skin cells on the lips are incredibly noticeable.. - se*********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 11, 2025
It has a velvety texture. At first, I thought 'Huh? Just another tint?' But when you spread it with your fingers, it becomes incredibly soft and smooth. The color you see in the container is different from how it looks when applied to your face. It looked pretty on my hand, but when I put it on my face, it made my complexion appear yellowish. This might look beautiful on those with fair and light skin tones! - pu************Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 8, 2025
The color is absolutely gorgeous! It's the perfect fig shade for warm-toned skin. Overline application is a breeze. There's zero emphasis on dead skin cells right after application. It works wonderfully on the cheeks too! Above all, the price is incredibly affordable. It's challenging to control the amount (too much product comes out of the applicator). It transfers easily. While it looks fine immediately after application, dead skin cells become noticeable after a short while. - by******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 31, 2024
This product applies incredibly smoothly. Interestingly, when applied, the color appears warmer than what you see in the tube. It finishes with a soft, powdery feel, but without being too dry or patchy. However, since it's called 'velvet', it might emphasize dead skin cells if your lips are quite flaky, so keep that in mind when using. The case design isn't particularly trendy - it's more of a student-friendly look. But hey, product quality is what really matters, right? This shade would be perfect for those with deep undertones, and it has a slight pink tinge to it. Considering the quality, I think the price is quite reasonable and affordable. (Note: The swatch in the photo is on the palm, and the actual color on the lips is a bit darker and more muted.) There's nothing particularly bad about it. It's just a decent, run-of-the-mill product. Worth giving a try! - so*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 29, 2024
Pigmentation: Excellent! Longevity: Lasts about 3 class periods when applied with lip balm Recommended for: Autumn warm complexions Color fades gradually and lips become dry... But it's less noticeable when used with lip balm! Apply it together with lip balm... Also, don't apply too much or your makeup will look cakey. - a0**********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 7, 2024
It goes on so smoothly and has a great texture. It really glides on effortlessly and blends well. The lip color is perfect for those with deep undertones. Being a matte lip product, it can be challenging for those with dry lips. It does emphasize dead skin cells to some extent... However, if you can manage the flaking, it looks absolutely beautiful. - zz**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 28, 2024
True to its name 'Pok-dak Pok-dak' (which implies a patting motion), when applied to the lips, it gives a satisfying patting sensation, probably due to its matte formula. The staying power is quite impressive! However, if anything touches your lips shortly after application, it comes off immediately. That's why I leave it untouched until it sets properly. Absolutely nothing should touch your lips! Once it's set, it's pretty resistant to wear, so you can eat without worry. But be careful with liquids - use a straw! It comes off quickly when in contact with liquids. You might think this is too much effort, but it's worth it for beautiful lips! Also, because it's a matte formula, make sure to apply a lip balm beforehand. Otherwise, you'll end up with cracked lips and emphasized dead skin cells - the opposite of the pretty look you're going for! Personally, I just apply lip sleeping mask before bed and skip this product. Hehe!
