I'm thoroughly satisfied just being able to easily consume a large amount of vitamin D. It tastes like jelly, similar to other chewable supplements. With products like these, side effects only occur based on individual intake. I don't really find any particular drawbacks. Remember to drink plenty of water when taking supplements (but not too much at once).

It feels like it's making my skin healthier. I hope many people buy and use this. The effects are really good! However, the price is a drawback. It's not that cheap, which is disappointing. I'm considering repurchasing though.

I'm diligently taking this product because I've heard vitamin D is crucial for immune health Unlike products from other companies, the color of this one is extremely vibrant. I'm curious whether it contains artificial colorants or not
