My son and daughter love it, and I'm extremely satisfied too! The hair becomes smoother, and you can feel the nourishment. The scent is subtle, with an even better lingering fragrance after spraying. There's absolutely no stickiness. It's gentle enough for teenagers - use it before blow-drying with a hood. The scalp smell improves noticeably. It's a bit pricey, so buy it when it's on sale (average price around $20). I bought it for $18, but sometimes it goes down to $17. The ingredients list is somewhat questionable... Spray it two or three times before drying your hair, depending on the level of damage. Spray again midway through blow-drying. You can spray it five or six times without it becoming sticky - it absorbs well. Caution: The floor may become slippery.
