I wonder if my product is defective... It dispenses well, but it won't retract when I turn it. It's a bit inconvenient having to push it back in manually.

My husband swears by this product, and it really delivers as a deodorant. It significantly reduces sweating and has an incredibly pleasant scent. The fragrance is subtly addictive.

I tried applying it with a puff, but it just clumped up more because I didn't want to use my hands. I should have purchased it with the intention of using my hands.

The texture is extremely poor.
Rather than being spreadable, it feels more like it's being shredded. The moment you rub it, it clumps up like a piece of dirt. I even tried rubbing it on the back of my hand or my arm, and it still shreds apart. In the end, I have to spread it with my fingers, but even then, it doesn't spread smoothly because it's so clumped up.

For best results, apply this after washing, putting on body emulsion, and letting your skin dry a bit. Works like a charm!
