While it doesn't prevent sweating, it's fantastic at masking body odor. I used to be so stressed about my underarm smell, which was quite strong and mature. But when I apply this, the odor completely disappears, making me incredibly happy! I wonder if my product is defective... It dispenses well, but it won't retract when I turn it. It's a bit inconvenient having to push it back in manually. - re******Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 22, 2025
My husband swears by this product, and it really delivers as a deodorant. It significantly reduces sweating and has an incredibly pleasant scent. The fragrance is subtly addictive. Apparently, it's not always easy to find. Whenever we spot it at Homeplus or E-mart, we tend to stock up. - tl*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMay 16, 2025
- The volume has increased compared to before the renewal - As it is a stick type, you can wear it directly without the need to dry it - It is more effective in suppressing sweat and odor than roll-on or spray The texture is extremely poor. Rather than being spreadable, it feels more like it's being shredded. The moment you rub it, it clumps up like a piece of dirt. I even tried rubbing it on the back of my hand or my arm, and it still shreds apart. In the end, I have to spread it with my fingers, but even then, it doesn't spread smoothly because it's so clumped up. The scent is too strong. Even after washing my hands, the fragrance lingers. The renewed product is less effective than the previous version. In many ways, the renewal is disappointing. I tried applying it with a puff, but it just clumped up more because I didn't want to use my hands. I should have purchased it with the intention of using my hands. - em********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 13, 2025
The elongated shape makes it easy to apply. I've always loved Nivea's signature scent, which keeps me feeling fresh and fragrant all day long. It's a bit disappointing that if you apply too much, it clumps up and rolls off in little balls. Since it's a balm that can get mushy, controlling the amount is crucial! - yo*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRecommendedJan 6, 2025
When it comes to deodorant, Nivea is the way to go! I'm using this stick type because with roll-ons you have to wait for them to absorb completely. This one's great! There's not really anything to complain about, except maybe the scent is a bit strong? Other than that, it's good! - bl*****Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedNov 6, 2024
I used to struggle with drying roll-on deodorants, but this stick form dries so well it's incredibly convenient! You can just swipe it on quickly - it's so easy to use. The description mentions a subtle citrus scent, and that's exactly what it is! As a deodorant, its effectiveness is slightly disappointing. Those who are extremely sensitive to fragrances should be cautious! - mi******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessOct 9, 2024
I understand this is a reformulated version, but the original product seems a million times better... The original formula had a long-lasting scent and absorbs well - it felt like a proper cream application. The fragrance and texture would remain unless you were sweating profusely. The reformulated product is terrible in terms of scent, absorption, and staying power. It doesn't even last a day. Worst of all, after application, the particles clump together and roll up into little balls, almost like powder...? I was shocked when I applied it. It's as if it's just sitting on top of the skin. Absolutely awful. Just smooth it on - bo**********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessRednessRecommendedOct 3, 2024
Unlike the overpowering scent of that Nivea pearl something-or-other, this one has a pleasantly fresh fragrance that's just right. You should definitely get this! No issues so far, but as with most stick products, you might occasionally run into the problem of the product getting smooshed due to the cap. It's just one of those things. For best results, apply this after washing, putting on body emulsion, and letting your skin dry a bit. Works like a charm! - kh****Combination SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 14, 2024
I've tried many other products, but Nivea seems to be the best. As you use it, a bit of powder tends to fly off. Be careful not to break it. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2024
The subtle fragrance lasts well throughout the day. As someone who tends to sweat a lot, I found it effective at controlling perspiration while maintaining a pleasant scent. Having switched from a roll-on (which leaves a noticeable moist feeling, making it clear you've applied it) to this stick, I'm less certain if I've applied enough. The effectiveness seems similar though. This could be seen as either a pro or a con. As it's my first time using a stick deodorant, I think I'll get used to this sensation with continued use.
