The expiration date is until the end of next year, so there's plenty of time to use them. Each package contains 12 bags with 10 sachets each, totaling 120 sachets - enough for the whole family to share. The taste is just like yogurt. Since it's recommended to take them on an empty stomach, I've been having one in the morning when I wake up, followed by a glass of water. The actual content inside each sachet is quite small, but the packaging is unnecessarily long. I think the plastic wrapping could easily be half the size. Also, since there are 120 sachets, it might have been more convenient if they were packaged in monthly portions of 30 sachets each.
