I've been taking Lacto-Fit regularly and decided to try this one to use up my points. Lacto-Fit has more of a milky taste, while this one has a stronger yogurt flavor. It tastes good! Usually, I don't see much effect from probiotics, but this one seems to work pretty well for me. I felt like I needed to take probiotics, so after some research, I bought these because they offer a good quantity at an affordable price! The expiration date is until the end of next year, so there's plenty of time to use them. Each package contains 12 bags with 10 sachets each, totaling 120 sachets - enough for the whole family to share. The taste is just like yogurt. Since it's recommended to take them on an empty stomach, I've been having one in the morning when I wake up, followed by a glass of water. The actual content inside each sachet is quite small, but the packaging is unnecessarily long. I think the plastic wrapping could easily be half the size. Also, since there are 120 sachets, it might have been more convenient if they were packaged in monthly portions of 30 sachets each.

After taking it consistently, I've noticed my bowel movements are smoother and easier than before. I didn't really find any downsides to the product. If I had to nitpick, the individual packaging does create a lot of waste.

At first, I was quite surprised by the taste - it was like a mix of formula and milk, which felt unfamiliar. But I gradually got used to it! Probiotics help with digestion and boost immunity, so make sure to take them on an empty stomach before meals. Be careful not to tilt your head back too much when taking them, or they might go straight down your throat and make you cough. I snagged this at an incredible discount during a sale. It's delicious and really helps keep things moving, if you know what I mean. There's nothing particularly negative to say. It's hard to find any drawbacks, even when trying to fill up this 20-character space.

It's quite palatable. I like that it's not too sweet. The powder is smooth and easy to drink. It's great that I can purchase it on Hwahae. I was able to buy it at a good price using my reward points. The packaging is a bit disappointing. I ended up throwing away the large can container right after receiving it. Since it's already divided into about 10 smaller packages inside, it seems unnecessary to waste resources on the big container. If it were square-shaped, I could at least use it for storage, but the circular shape takes up a lot of space and makes it difficult to repurpose. I used to take a different probiotic supplement, but after researching, I heard this one was good too, so I decided to switch. The effects seem to be the same as my previous product, and it's not inconvenient at all, so I'm taking it daily. I'm taking it well without any side effects, but it doesn't dissolve easily, so for me, drinking water with it was absolutely necessary.

Snagged a great deal using my points. Opted for the gold version hoping it might be even better. The number of probiotics isn't specified. The taste is a bit rich. The packaging container is quite heavy.
