I've been taking Lacto-Fit regularly and decided to try this one to use up my points. Lacto-Fit has more of a milky taste, while this one has a stronger yogurt flavor. It tastes good! Usually, I don't see much effect from probiotics, but this one seems to work pretty well for me.

The expiration date is until the end of next year, so there's plenty of time to use them. Each package contains 12 bags with 10 sachets each, totaling 120 sachets - enough for the whole family to share. The taste is just like yogurt. Since it's recommended to take them on an empty stomach, I've been having one in the morning when I wake up, followed by a glass of water.

I didn't really find any downsides to the product. If I had to nitpick, the individual packaging does create a lot of waste.
