Each package contains 12 bags with 10 sachets each, totaling 120 sachets - enough for the whole family to share. The taste is just like yogurt. Since it's recommended to take them on an empty stomach, I've been having one in the morning when I wake up, followed by a glass of water.

I didn't really find any downsides to the product. If I had to nitpick, the individual packaging does create a lot of waste.
