The glitter isn't chunky, but rather a fine, shimmering sparkle! It's my first time trying a glitter pen liner, and once it dries, there's no smudging. It stays exactly where you want it and has great staying power. When I tested it on the back of my hand, it didn't come off easily even when I rubbed it! The silver glitter might feel a bit dated and overwhelming, but it looks better if you layer some eyeshadow over it! Also, the product page mentions that you shouldn't store the pen upright, but rather lying down. This feels a bit inconvenient since we usually store liners standing up. - wq****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
The Rom&nd Twinkle Pen Liner is a renowned glitter liner that I had high expectations for, and the Silver Flake color didn't disappoint. It creates a mesmerizing effect, as if sprinkling stardust along your lash line, with its clear base densely packed with shimmering silver glitters. The moisturizing base, filled with various sizes of glitters, glides on smoothly while offering excellent adherence. Thanks to the thin and delicate pen brush, you can precisely apply the glitter wherever you desire. I love how it maintains a clear, vibrant color even with multiple layers, without any clumping. The transparent base studded with silver glitters offers a multifaceted sparkle that changes with every angle, creating a truly ethereal glow. Key features: • Enchanting glitter effect reminiscent of a starry night sky • Thin, precise pen brush for detailed glitter application • Hydrating base ensures smooth application and superior adherence • Excellent staying power, keeping glitters in place without fallout for hours As it's a glitter liner, thorough cleansing is necessary. I might prefer using glitter shimmer eyeshadows a bit more. It's slightly more intense than I initially expected! - fr********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 25, 2025
I was curious about the silver liner, and it looks beautiful when applied lightly on the aegyo sal (under-eye area) and covered with eyeshadow Honestly, silver...? It's too tricky to work with for makeup, and the color is so odd that I rarely reach for it - bl*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedOct 23, 2024
It's mainly silver shimmer rather than a variety of colored pearls. Without a base color, the glitter shines through the skin, creating a dewy glow effect. The glitter size is similar to that of a glamorous highlighter where you can see individual sparkles. It applies much more transparently than shown on the official website. Rest assured, it's not the kind of silver that will make you look like a cyborg! It doesn't shoot silver beams screaming 'I'm silver!' When tested for staying power (assuming it's applied on the eye area), the glitter particles transfer when rubbed but don't smudge. For cleansing (again, assuming it's on the eye area), gently rolling with a cleansing balm didn't remove it completely. It's best to use a lip and eye remover to effectively dissolve and remove it. I wouldn't recommend this for those who don't suit silver shimmer or for those who prefer products with a base color rather than just glitter on top. - bs******Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsJul 20, 2023
It's pretty decent. Not too unnatural like a silver-scaled fish. The absorption is good, and it stays put nicely. When applied over base makeup, it causes the base to come off. It doesn't give that dramatic sparkle you see in ads... It just feels like white powder sitting on your skin. If you apply it to the inner corners of your eyes, it turns into something like eye gunk after a while... When applying to areas like your nose, don't apply it directly. Instead, dab it on with your finger. - ch*****Dry SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRednessJun 23, 2023
It absorbs smoothly and moisturizes, applying gently around the eyes without irritation. The compact size makes it convenient to use anywhere, and buying it as a 1+1 deal from the official website offers great value for money. The base tends to flake off... It seems like it should only be applied to the under-eye area. Also, it feels sticky.
