Affordable price and absorbs well. You can apply it lightly or heavily for different effects. The color was different from what I expected. It's redder than I thought with a slight pink tinge. - gk**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 19, 2025
A rose beige with a hint of red and a touch of brown, creating an autumnal lip color. It's perfect for those wanting a fall vibe with a deep undertone, or even a spring feel. The color leaves a subtle but noticeable stain. It applies moisturizing at first, then sets to a matte finish, like a lip lacquer style tint. There's a delicate chocolate scent. Being a lip lacquer style, you shouldn't press your lips together after application. It can feel a bit heavy or suffocating like other lip lacquers. Since it starts moisturizing and finishes matte, good lip care is essential. The longevity isn't as impressive as you might expect. Lastly, it's tricky to control the amount when pulling out the applicator, so be sure to adjust the quantity at the opening. I used to recommend applying a moisturizing lip product over a fixing tint base, but after a few tries, I noticed it emphasized lip lines. So I changed my approach. Now, I use a blurry matte lip product like A.O.U Poth Balm or Holika Holika Melting Pot as a base, then apply the fixing tint only on the inner part for a gradient effect. This method is less drying than using the fixing tint alone for a gradient. For those with lip wrinkles like me, layering these lacquer-style tints with moisturizing lip products can accentuate lines. It's better to pair them with matte lip products instead. - fk**Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 6, 2025
The color payoff and staying power are excellent. As the name suggests, it's a fixing tint, so it's not moisturizing at all. I always apply a thick layer of lip balm over it and reapply lip balm throughout the day to keep my lips comfortable! It sets immediately upon application, so you need to focus and apply it carefully from the start. - te********Dry SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 25, 2025
The color is beautiful! I'm enjoying using it! It's a nice basic tint. For me, the staying power isn't particularly great, unfortunately. I still use it though. It did emphasize dead skin cells a bit. - 1h********Normal SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsFeb 18, 2025
First off, the color and staying power weren't bad at all. It had a really warm, earthy tone to it, you know? Unfortunately, it didn't suit my personal color, which was a bit disappointing. The scent was really not to my liking either... It had a somewhat headache-inducing fragrance that actually gave me a bit of a migraine when I wore it. - a0**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 2, 2024
I have pale autumn deep-toned skin. My lips are usually completely gray, but this adds a lively touch! I love how well it sets. My friends even complimented me on my lip color! It's tricky to control the amount, and for students like me who don't wear makeup, applying just this tint can look too intense if not done carefully. Still, I appreciate how well it sets, and I don't have any major complaints! Be sure to smudge it - ji********Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 28, 2024
Great as an accent product. It doesn't emphasize dead skin cells much when applied and goes on with a somewhat matte finish. It has a rather peculiar scent that lingers after application, which can be a bit bothersome. - jw*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 27, 2024
A warm-toned velvet matte lip that even cool-toned beauties can rock! While the shade itself seems to flatter warm undertones, there's a subtle pink tinge that makes it wearable for cool-toned complexions without feeling out of place. After getting bored with just pink lips, I chose this color and I'm quite pleased. Interestingly, it seems to develop more of a pink feel over time (perhaps due to the staining effect?). It applies smoothly like a water tint, then settles into a velvety finish that adheres well to the lips. While it may transfer slightly when touched, it doesn't seem like it would easily wear off. If you're a fan of matte or velvet lip products, I highly recommend giving this a try! It can be drying. Being a fixing tint, it sets firmly on the lips, and after that, it tends to feel quite parched! Even if you apply lip balm before the tint, it will dry out again, so I recommend layering some lip balm over the tint after application. - gy*****Combination SkinRecommendedNov 17, 2024
If you have a deep undertone, it's worth collecting these one by one! They feel natural even on bare lips, without looking out of place. The application is initially moisturizing and smooth! Like most tints, it does transfer a bit, which is slightly disappointing. - ye******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 3, 2024
I had a similar product I used to use, but it wasn't readily available at my local Olive Young. So I decided to try this one as it was more affordable and had a similar shade. I'm pleasantly surprised by its pigmentation and slight moisturizing effect. It applies with a hint of hydration yet gives a semi-matte finish. The color is particularly flattering for warm complexions. Despite its 'fixing' name, I'm not entirely convinced about its staying power. The adherence to the skin is just average.
