When I first saw 3CE City Move, I thought, "What's this?" It's such a nude, almost beige-toned blush. While it's not an eye-catching color, using it reveals the charm of a 'complexion-evening blush'. It's the kind you find yourself reaching for more often than you'd expect. ✔️ What I loved • It's truly effective at evening out skin tone. Just a light application when you're looking flushed can make your whole face appear calmer and more sophisticated. • The shadow-like color makes it double as a contour. Lightly applying it under the cheekbones or along the jawline adds dimension to your face. • A neutral beige tone that suits both warm and cool undertones without fuss. It's perfect for daily use as it complements any makeup style. • The fine particles and good adherence allow for a smooth, thin application without clumping. The powdery finish is also surprisingly satisfying. The color payoff is very sheer, which might make beginners feel like "it's not showing up." It's a buildable shade, so definitely do a swatch test on the back of your hand before applying. • It might be almost invisible on darker skin tones. It's especially pretty on skin tones lighter than shade 21. • While the case is pretty, it's prone to scratches and fingerprints. The minimalist design is nice, but it's a bit disappointing in practical use. • With prolonged use, the surface tends to harden, so you might need to scrape it gently with a tissue occasionally. The key is to apply it widely from the center of the cheekbones to just below them for overall tone correction, rather than as a typical blush. It makes your entire makeup look more high-end. • It's perfect for balancing out high-saturation lipsticks. When overly rosy cheeks might clash, this solves the problem in one go. • Mixing it with contour works great for natural sculpting. Especially for makeup beginners, this can create subtle shadows without needing separate contour products. • For application, use a soft, large blush brush. Load it up well and apply with a light sweeping motion. That's how you bring out the color payoff. - 6m********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 7, 2025
Out of the eight blushes I own, this is truly my absolute favorite! While it's impossible to have zero excess powder, there is a small amount, unfortunately. - ch*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 19, 2025
The staying power is absolutely amazing❤️ It stays on from morning until evening!! The color also suits me perfectly It applies smoothly on the face, and even after dropping it several times, it doesn't break😍 Once applied, it tends to come up too lightly, so you'll need to apply it to your face two or three times. - yx**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedMay 11, 2025
The color payoff is really impressive. It's best applied before powder, as the staying power decreases when layered over it. It's a truly beautiful shade for cool-toned skin. The packaging is so gorgeous that it lifts my mood every time I use it. There's hardly any excess powder flying around. So far, I haven't found anything disappointing about this product. Make sure to apply blush before powder - r7********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessRecommendedApr 10, 2025
The muted mauve color would suit those with deep undertones or winter cool skin tones beautifully. I absolutely love how 3CE blushers always give that perfect, pretty flush while creating a soft, velvety finish. They're a staple in my makeup routine! So far, I've been using it without any complaints or disappointments. - ab********Dry SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 22, 2025
I have a skin tone that doesn't suit brown or orange shades, but I'm not exactly cool-toned either, so finding the right color was always a struggle. When I saw this, I decided to give it a try, and wow, it's absolutely gorgeous! It gives a soft, natural flush that's perfect for school, and even my older sister keeps sneaking it for herself. It's just that beautiful. If you're on the fence about buying a blush, just try this one! The case is also super cute, fits well in my makeup pouch, and the lid is easy to open and close. I've dropped it a few times, but it hasn't broken - I think it'll last a long time. If you found this helpful, please hit the like button! There are no downsides, honestly none. It's just too pretty! Applying it under the eyes helps cover dark circles too. It looks amazing even when applied with the famous powder brush from Daiso. I hope everyone becomes beautiful with this! - 9m********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 15, 2025
The color payoff is quite impressive! There's minimal excess powder, making it easy to use. The shades are absolutely gorgeous. I have dry skin, but I'm still using it with great results! It seems suitable for all skin types. I didn't really notice any significant drawbacks. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the price. It's a bit on the expensive side, unfortunately. Before using, give the brush a quick tap to remove excess powder. For those with a wider nose bridge, apply it lightly to the tip of your nose and chin. This technique can create the illusion of a slimmer nose bridge! - mi**************Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 23, 2025
First off, this blush is absolutely fantastic! The color payoff is gorgeous and applies beautifully. It has great staying power too. I think it would be perfect for people with a medium complexion - not too dark, not too light. There wasn't really anything I found disappointing. Overall, everything about it is pretty good. - ye*********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedFeb 21, 2025
This product is truly amazing! I've wanted to try it for a while, but as a student, the price was a bit steep for me (just my personal opinion). Luckily, I got a coupon for my birthday and was able to purchase it! What I loved: First off, the product design itself is appealing. What really won me over was that no powder comes out even when you swirl or rub the brush vigorously! The particles are so fine that there's hardly any excess. Staying power: It seems to last quite well. When applied to the skin, it goes on with a beautiful, translucent watercolor-like effect, giving you that perfect Pinterest makeup look. It really brings your whole appearance to life! Recommended skin tone: It would be great for cool-toned individuals. However, since the color isn't extremely cool and doesn't have an overly white cast, I think even those with neutral to warm spring undertones could use it! Product size: It's about the size of your palm, so it should be great for portability. Well, the color doesn't pop on intensely all at once. It goes on sheer and translucent like watercolors, which is great for a natural look, but if you want it to be more noticeable, you'll need to build it up. At least three layers, maybe? Also, for students like me, the price point might be a bit high (just my personal opinion). It looks absolutely stunning when you blend the blusher from your eyes down. (Before applying eyeshadow, use a large brush to lightly sweep over your eyelids and aegyo-sal, then connect from the eye area to your cheeks.) Not only does it make your face look prettier, but it also brings out this dreamy, soft atmosphere. You'll look like a Pinterest goddess with that ethereal, fluffy glow!
