The taste isn't bad at all. It has a pleasant strawberry yogurt flavor that's quite agreeable. It's really challenging to dispense the powder. If you have weak hand strength, it's genuinely difficult to use.

I was curious about the ingredients, so I decided to give it a try! It's a slightly sweet liquid that I think would be great to take regularly when you're feeling run down. There's nothing really bad to say..!! I'm completely satisfied with everything except that the quantity is a bit small.
