In my experience, taking it after lunch and dinner works best, especially if you've had a carb-heavy meal. It's pretty much guaranteed to work then...

The pills are a bit large, so if you have trouble swallowing them, you can break them in half. There's even a line on the pill to help you split it easily.

Take this with a glass of water about 30 minutes after eating, then have two to three cups before bed. You'll feel the effects first thing in the morning! There's no noticeable smell, and it's become my go-to product. It works wonders for constipation!

If they could reduce the pill size just a bit, it would be more comfortable for everyone to take.

The purpose of taking it was to clear out stubborn waste, and it worked almost immediately after consumption.

I sometimes even use them instead of digestive medicine! Rather than causing rapid weight loss, they're great for maintaining a healthy weight by aiding digestion and preventing constipation. I always take them on days when I've overeaten!

It was more expensive than I expected and the quantity is a bit small... disappointing.
